The location on Bayou Blvd was easy to find and sits directly in front of a movie theater. We arrived at the posted opening time and they were already opened and busy taking orders. The store was clean although smaller than others I've visited. The food is made to order and took a while to be prepared. We tracked the progress of the order as we waited and the staff was friendly. The health department needs to shut this place down. I was in there last night and the cook was standing over the food vaping while handling the food. Every other employee was in there at the same time and not one employee said anything to him about it. My wife and I definitely like to visit this location. We probably frequent this place about 1-2 times a month. Especially for date night, when we have a sitter for our toddler. Now I don't know the concept of how to cook the wings with these fryers, including their policies, but it does take a while. I like how they don't have a lot of flavors. It's simpler, and not difficult to choose. I like the option of having beer, though I don't drink much. The sweet tea is perfect. The dining room is smaller, just like their floor concept for all locations (I've visited a few from Florida to Dallas, to Socal) compared to their rival. It's the "fast-casual" experience. The restrooms are pretty clean. My only complaint on them is that there are no changing tables in the men's. So if I were to come only with my toddler, without my wife, I don't have that option. I'd have to ask to use the women's (they have single stall restrooms). My last advice for the dining area: raise the volume on the TVs. Or music. It helps with privacy on your table conversations. It also livens the energy. I do have a question that I think makes sense. I hope corporate can answer this: We love watching UFC. When it's on, I go to the rival because they show it. Wingstop doesn't, even if their logos are found throughout these events. It's ironic. And funny. I'm sure they know there's a market there. So the question is, why is that? We will still return. After that he said ok so you want only the wings no ranch or blue cheese I said yeah I want ranch he ask how many cups I said six then he said that that many cups would be more then the combo. I said what are you talking about and he said you only get dip sauce with combos and since all I got was the wings I had to pay for the dipping sauce . I was like ummmm no I'll just use ranch at my house . I just spent 40 dollars and 40 cents on a 40 piece wing .I was not gonna buy dipping sauce .....I have honestly never been to a wing place not even another Wingstop location that doesn't include ranch or blue cheese with an order. The more I thought about it the more I got angry and I just came to the conclusion that I will never go to another Wingstop ever ever ever..... Anne it has nothing to do with me not understanding the menu . I have ordered wings from numerous places and got dipping sauce with my wings and have never paid extra unless I wanted extra . I got NONE . I didnt ask for extra and I'f I did I would have expected to pay. Every place gives you a few cups when you order multiple wings. I can name you a few if you would like .
