Extra small wings. Used to come here a while ago and the size of the wings were a different story

Does the owner or anyone in management even read these reviews? What's being said by the experience of your customers is true and without change your business will suffer. Are you doing anything to improve your customers experience? There shouldn't be this much disparity between experiences and customer service from this location compared to other locations. I will be looking for wings elsewhere. Caring and basic business and customer service training would help your business as you represent this brand very poorly. read more

Ate here a long time ago didn't have a good experience with the workers but chose to give it another shot because I liked the boneless garlic Parmesan. I got there and ordered, sat there for 46minutes. When I got home the garlic parm didn't even have the sauce, They just sprinkled some Parmesan on it and gave it like that. What of waste of time and money. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times and they have now messed up my order 3 times. This last time they completely gave away my order while I had to wait for them to remake my order and then compensated me with very poor attitudes and customer service. I'd give this location no stars if I could. And it's really a shame since the food here is actually really good. With that being said the staff is incredibly rude everytime I go in. All of the people I know who order from this location agree that the staff are not accommodating and very standoffish. The last three times I went they forgot my fries with the combo I ordered and continued to argue that it's not included when it is. Last night was the last straw for me unfortunately. I tried ordering online like I usually do, but for some reason the website wasn't accepting any of my cards to complete my order. So I decided to call and try to order through the phone. The man said they were ONLY accepting online orders. Even after explaining that the website was malfunctioning he wouldn't let me order through the phone or even go into the restaurant to place my order??? What kind of restaurant does that. The man apologized but gave no alternatives for my issue so I had to end up going to BWW instead. The food is always good. But I hate the service. The people are literally right in front of you as you wait for your food. They take their sweet time knowing their busy and customers are waiting. On top of that, there's only 2 of them working, or cooking. Another person doing cash register but just sits there instead of helping when calls aren't coming in. read more

I've been to this location several times , but today's service was disappointing. First, they were out of mango habenero, my favorite flavor. Second, we waited forever(20 minutes) and when we received our food the tray felt dirty and disgusting. Lastly, the men's restroom was out of order. I can understand this Coronavirus pandemic has everyone in a tizzy, people are undoubtedly scared they might lose their jobs, so people may be kinda stressed. HOWEVER, this does NOT excuse laziness and disrespect and complete disregard for everyone's health. I ordered 100 dollars worth of food for an office staff of 9 people so it's a pretty large order. We walk in, right off the bat the older lady at the register was downright obnoxious and rude. Had to repeat myself several times to tell her we had a large online order. We try to ask her to go over the order one time to make sure everything is correct and she refused, saying that she couldn't and there's nothing she can do. She hands us our bags and we look inside the bags to find all the boxes are unlabeled. Every. Single. One. We asked how we're supposed to tell who's is who's, she just shrugged her shoulders and said I'm sorry but you didn't specify to label them or not. Lady...THERE ARE NINE MEALS ON THIS WHOLE TRANSACTION. WHO DOESN'T LABEL FOOD WHEN THERES A BUNCH OF ORDERS. Absolute carelessness on the cashiers part. And to put the topping on the cake, SHE WASN'T WEARING ANY GLOVES WHEN SHE GRABBED OUR CUPS. How disgusting to think that is acceptable to refuse to wear gloves during a pandemic that has killed thousands of people so far and touch our cups that we put to our mouths with your nasty hands that have more than likely been touching everything inside your even nastier workplace. Never have I ever received such deplorable service in all my time eating here. This establishment will not be seeing another dime from me nor will the rest of this franchise. And to think I loved eating here because it was cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings. Now I see why I should spend the extra couple dollars on wings. Unacceptable. read more

I was rather disappointed by this Wing Stop location. Placed an online, future order at 5:38 pm for pickup at 6:45 pm. I figured that an hour would be plenty of time to have our order ready as we were on a deadline. Ordered 15 boneless wings, 15 classic wings, a large fry, two gliders, a regular baked beans, and two fountain drinks. I arrived at around 6:40 pm and told them I was there for a pick up order. They advised me that my order wasn't ready which is totally cool since it wasn't 6:45 pm yet. So I sat down and watched ESPN for a minute. Needless to say, 6:45 pm came and went with no food. 7:00 pm came and went. Still no food. I started to feel bad because the benches starting filling up with other waiting customers. I'm not sure if they ordered in advance or just at the counter. However, the people next to me kept getting up q 15 mins to ask about their food. I was perplexed because I have never had to wait this long for a pickup order at any Wing Stop. Even the GoWaiter.com delivery service was waiting! Finally, at 7:06 pm, my food was ready. The most ironic thing about this is that they advertise to use their online ordering system so you can "skip the wait". read more

I just had hands down the best experience ever here! Ms. Deborah was fantastic and was doing a wonderful job of training people while helping customers which shows how great of a worker she is! She helped me get the best deal possible and my food was ready superquick. My wings had the perfect amount of sauce and my fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside which was absolutely perfect. I definitely recommend coming to this location. read more

Probably one of the best Wingstops I've ever been to, I have traveled from California to New York plenty of times and have been let down by plenty of wingstops but when I tried this place it was a step above the rest from the customer service to the end product all around excellent I've made this my place to go for wings and that says a lot since there is BWW right next door. read more

Both times I have ordered from this location has been completely disappointing. The wings are so hard. Not the bones, the actual meat. It's like it was fried to long and then days old. The fries were old, like they were cooked hours before. The cheese dip is something you could pick up from Sams. Super over priced for wings I could pick up in the freezer section at Walmart and cook in the over for 12 hours to make them rock hard. Waste of money. Wing masters? What a joke. read more

Went in tonight 4/25/20 to pick up a phone in order and several of the employees were eating candy, putting their fingers in and up to their mouths eating and drinking around food being prepared. I wound up just leaving without my food because I dont want them touching my credit cards, food, or cup after seeing them eating up front. They should go to their breakroom, eat and wash their hands when they are done. I will not be going back their again. read more

It's a Wingstop! It's not that good, but not that bad. Come here for your chichken wing needs. I imagine it is not good for business being literally right next to a Buffalo Wild Wings, but hey, this Wingstop is still standing. We ordered and paid online. The site said we'd be able to pick up in 13-18 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later and the order was not ready. We asked for it to be brought to our car because the lobby was full of people waiting (despite social distancing orders, state and local) "No sir, No sir," she said, "I don't have time for that." She was very rude. We got the food about an hour after the order was placed, and I had to go in after probably 20 people had pulled the door handle while we waited in the car. She argued with me as I complained about how we were treated. The food was cold when we got back home. This seems like a time when restaurants would be working harder to satisfy customers and earn repeat business. I won't be back. read more

Always good. Cajun is good. Best wing place in the area and best wing place in any area. Cajun fries are always amazing also.

One stats is too generous. Aesthetically the place was pleasing HOWEVER, one of the nastiest places I've ever been to. The countertop was greasy and just plane gross the chairs had crap hardened on them. The staff was extremely rude and nonchalant. Now for the food. Don't bother ordering online because you will still wait nearly forty-five minutes once you get there. Check your food before you leave. There were three of us and none of us got the correct food. This is what my husband experienced today : Called in to place an order and they hung up on me. Called back in and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung the phone up myself and called back assuming they forgot about me and let the workers know what they did only for the individual to leave the phone off of mute to hear them cussing each other out and calling the customers idiots. FINALLY placed an order and was told it would be 20 minutes until it's ready..... 30 minutes later I show up (assuming they needed an extra 10 minutes to get their lives together).....so at this point I wait in line to pay and I look around to see a packed restaurant with NO food on the table and NO ONE being served. Then all hell breaks loose and the manager and coworkers start yelling at each other and cussing each other out!! COMPLETELY unprofessional, NO customer service, HORRIBLE management, and honestly the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant!!!!!!! This is coming from a guy who NEVER complains about anything and has probably the greatest patience! My advice is don't even try here, Buffalo Wild Wings is right across the street! The food is good but everytime I do a app order they never have it ready when I get there! They never see it and I have to wait and extra 20 min. Eh... just an average experience. Wings were fresh cooked however the sauce (hot) wasn't well distributed on the wings. By the way their hot isn't that hot. Wings were on the small side. Do not eat at this location. We ordered a total of 20 boneless wings. We waited over 20 minutes for our order when we watched the staff run out to stop a car from pulling away because it was taking to long. Then our food came out with bones in. As we were waiting ,order after order came back with incorrect food. Then they had no idea who had paid and who had. 40 minutes later after no food we got up for a return the lady goes have a goodnight thank you! We didn't even have our food!!! We asked for a return the manager had no idea what was going on on it was complete chaos. She had to call the owner and 10 minutes into it no resolution. WORST EXPERIENCE read more
