Based on others reviews, I wanted to make sure I had multiple experiences with this Wingstop in order to give an accurate overall review. And I generally agree to some extent with others. My first experience was great, the wings were crispy to my liking and perfectly seasoned. I ordered the Cajun & mango habanero and both had a good kick and taste. My side was the corn which was also good and spicy, if you don't like spice I wouldn't recommend the corn. My second experience was just okay, this time I changed the order and had lemon pepper (most popular flavor), and it seems like they forgot to add the lemon pepper because I did not taste the flavor as I tasted flavors in my previous orders, and it was also pretty pale. I like my wings crispy and flavorful, this order was not. They also made an error in our order and mistakenly gave us fries instead of the corn which they fixed and we also had the chance to try the fries, which I had no complaints about. The staff is okay, high school & college folks at a really busy establishment. In all, I do agree that the service and food can be a hit or miss but when they hit, it's a home run. I gave an average of my experiences so this place is a solid 3 stars. read more

The employees clothes look as if they never seen a washer, they aren't organized, nor are they attentive to customers when you walk in. Food was ok. Not great, but definitely nothing overall bad out of the experience. Probably won't be back, but this is because there are just better options around. The service was fine, they seemed maybe a little understaffed. With that being said they got the food out quickly and the order was correct, so no complaints there. I went there the second time in 2 weeks...first time was phenomenal...Second time, absolutely disgusting. The lady "essence" was extremely arrogant when I didn't have a mask on...(a military vet with a chronic disability). I told her I was vaccinated and he she laughed & said "step outside please, I'll bring your order". Which I respected and went outside with out question. I received my food & went about my day. Got home to eat & seen what I was served...idk if it was because I didn't have a mask or this is normal practice. I called corporate and made a complaint. I will attach the picture as well(wings are supposed to be their hot wings). Good job essence & the rest of the staff! Looking foward on coming back!...Not! **Update**...I called this location to make a complaint....i expressed to them, the mild wings are black & their inedible....I was told "the wings have been coming out that dark lately & there is nothing wrong with them".... The "manager" was borderline arguing with me about my order being fine. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, & EXTREMELY UNSYMPATHETIC! I wouldn't recommend this location at all. Without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. We placed an order for a bundle which included 24 wings, fries, veggie sticks. Upon arrival I was yelled at to wait outside due to what's going on right now. I completely understand that but there is no need to yell. Maybe hang some signs on the door? Have an employee outside? Update your website? When my order was complete they brought it out to my car. It was our first time and we were excited to try. We arrived home and the order was wrong. 4 wings weren't in the correct sauce and they forgot our fries. Me explaining that on the phone to the girl, she said there's not need to pay for them and hung up. Well, i had already paid, it just didn't make sense. So i got back in my car and drive down to pick up the fries. I knocked on the door and someone came out and i explained the situation. I was brought out fries as if i was eating in. The fries were in a boat. Not a to go container or a bag. I just looked and laughed. No apology or anything. It really frustrating because the wings weren't bad. What makes it even worse is they sent me an email for a survey. I completed the survey. Got a call a few hours later around 11:05pm, on a Monday. I was in bed sleeping. ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!!! THE STAFF IS RUDE AND UNWELCOMING ! I had Frank ring me up and he was extremely rude. He didn't want to help me with anything when I had questions about the menu. While looking at the menu, he said very rudely what you looking for as if he had a problem with me not knowing the menu. It was my first time at wing stop and very horrible experience. Then while waiting for my wings a guy came in with long dreads not the one with the short ones, and asked the staff where the weed was at, walked behind the counter and clocked in. It's obvious that the employees there are only there to receive a paycheck. Their service is far from acceptable. There is an older white woman who is always miserable and negative and seems to hate her job and overall I believe she's the key reason this location has a negative aura surrounding it. I even called to speak with a manager and she hung up on me and won't pick up my phone calls. They don't even get that busy. I mean, my experience wasnt bad... compared to some other places with basic wings, this place is Alot better. But so far ive only tried the hot sauce and bbq sauce; and i rate them 7.5 so i had a good experience. With that said, they were slightly overcooked (although my mom prefers that) but they could have been better and i feel they have potential to. I ordered in person and was told by the counter guy that my order would be ready in 15 minutes because they were bone in wings. I came back approximately 15 later and ended up waiting 30 more minutes. There were 5 total people working and hardly any customers/orders waiting. I ended up asking for a refund because of the long wait. The employees were laughing, joking with one another and having a good time rather than focusing on getting the orders completed. I got lucky I guess & met the manager "Diamond " in the end. Turns out she was the cashier refunding my money. everything in the order showed up. wings were a good size and cooked well. there was barely any sauce on the wings. dry patches all over the wings. Ordered hot, mild and bbq. Either the hot or mild had almost no sauce at all. I thought they were dry when opened. the other one tasted like oil. sauce must have not been mixed before tossing the wings in it. The bbq had the most sauce on it but they were not fully coated. Disappointing for a place that is suppose to specialize in wings. read more
