Review #601 None Elite Squad As much as I want to give this review 2 stars i wont..im giving it 4.. let me explain. Wo ive been here a few times ..its a typical Wing Stop.. its clean..young staff..friendly .. not fresh fresh..not saucy.. just wingstop.. if you know what I mean.. So 1st the wait time ..30 mins.. for a simple order ..order i ordered online ..when I finally got my order..as you know..its taped ..no apology for the long wait but its ok..I finally got my food..drove home..got home..opened the bag and maybe that was my mistake..I should have opened it and checked that everything was good .. or maybe they should have a policy where they get the containers ..call your name..confirm by opening what you ordered ..put in the bag..tape..and your good to go right? but no..I get home ..open it and you guessed it.. WRONG ORDER! now.. at this point im upset..I just drove down Rosemead going South on heavy traffic .. Just to see the wrong order.. but I called ..they knew right when I called that they had given me the wrong order.. but the guy on the phone was super cool..offered credit and keep the food which is the right thing ..not so I can have more ..but to return it..then give it to the o.g. owner or a new order would be horrible..atleast I would hate to get a order that's been in someone else's home brought back and handed to me..that's just me..anyways.. or come all the way up.. well fix your order and have it ready (which i think it was my original order..hope it didn't go to someone's else house and they did the same thing..that would be horrible) and keep what you have.. ofcourse I took option 2..got my order.. I have to say..not fresh and not hot..and not saucy.. so I know it was my original order instead of a new made to order ..but.. they did let me keep the original order ..which i didnt even eat but someone else did..but this somewhat happy ending story doesnt allow me to give less than 4. read more

Placed order, someone at counter gave driver the wrong order and driver didn't check either plus driver had 2 additional stops so when he got to my house everything was wrong, it was supposed to go somewhere else,it was probably cold too. So I cancelled the order and all grub hub did was give me a refund and 5 bucks for waiting for nothing Driver couldn't speak decent English and was hard to understand. read more

Very disappointed in the direction Wingstop is going. Ridiculously priced for the poorest quality. "Large Veggie Sticks" comes with the same portion as a small. Maybe 6 carrots and 6 celery sticks. The boneless pieces are extremely small as well. It's more like mini popcorn chicken. The pictures are prior to anyone eating a piece. These are the pieces as received. read more

4 stars because lately this location has been on point who ever they have cooking in that kitchen is doing there job correctly food is always A1 and seasonings are always 10/10. I also appreciate the fact that this location has extended their hours. I want to say from Thursday to Saturday they close at 1 AM giving us an extra hour to get those orders in for late night munchies. I do have a bone to pick because when I arrive to pick up my order, it was around 12:15 my three year-old daughter needed to use the restroom and the manager stopped me and said the restrooms are closed. I told her I am a pain customer and you guys close at 1 AM and she responded with they close the restrooms at 12 which I think is ridiculous because if you're operating a restaurant, your restrooms should be open for customer usage at all times no exceptions Other than that I don't have any issues with this particular location. read more

Made an online order for carry out. Was greeted within 5 seconds of getting into the restaurant. Friendly staff. Decent amount of people eating inside. Eating areas looked clean and tidy. Food quality was excellent. Fries were crispy and seasoned to our preference. Nothing was missing from our order. Wings were well seasoned and just looked like the employees here are doing their job well to ensure quality of food. This is definitely my new permanent WingStop! The customer service at this location has significantly declined over the years. Today I ordered online, came in approx 25 min after my order. I gave my name to a young man, to which he sharply said my order wasn't ready then immediately turned his back to me. I found it odd that it wasn't ready. I approached the cashier to request an eta. She instantly found my order which the young man overlooked. To say that was annoying is the least. The most annoying was arriving home to find my order incomplete. Lastly I tried to call multiple times to inform them and every time the phone would go to a voice mail or play a message that they were having "technical issues". This location has the rudest manager I've ever encountered. I walked in at about 7pm Monday and asked her a simple question about my order and she rolled her eyes and walked away.
