Visiting family in town for the weekend and I was craving some loaded fries and wings and they suggested this spot. I was skeptical as the Yelp reviews were low, but I read some of their great reviews and decided to try it out! Walked in and the restaurant was clean. They have a couple kiosks that you can order at or they can also help you at the register. We ordered at the kiosk and it was very easy. Our food was ready in minutes! We ordered their famous buffalo fries in regular size. The chicken to fries ratio was perfect. We had their sauce drizzled on top and it didn't make the fries soggy as we ate it right away. The fries were still crisp and the entire dish tasted hot, fresh and definitely exceeded my expectations! I'd love to come back again to try some of their wings and other items on their menu next time we're in town. read more

Campechana burrito was delicious!! It was huge to begin with and with every bite you get so much meat with guacamole sour cream and just so much goodness. I highly recommend it if you're in the mood for a yummy burrito. Its so filling and hit the spot. The flaming hot fries with garlic parmesan sauce was amazing. The fries are crispy and the chicken on top with the sauce had so much flavor. We loved them. And our kids loved the chicken tenders with sweet bbq and they devoured them. They were so fresh and tasted great. We also tried the strawberry horchata shake (didn't take a pic) but it was delicious. Everything was made fresh and our meal was amazing. Being wanting to try this place out for a while. Place was pretty empty from the moment I walked in. It has a big seating area inside and a smaller section outside. I went with the buffalo fries pineapple jalapeño and it has a very small kick to it. Food was ok they top off the fries with their "special" sauce. It's safe to say I had a great experience visiting the Buffalo Spot today a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the small Hot Cheetos buffalo fries with lemon pepper season on the fries, with all the sauces. The young lady that took my order was very polite. The wait was not long either. Plenty of space to sit and wait, so many options. Wow. I'm a huge fan of anything buffalo and get the craving often. The issue is that most places don't necessarily meet the mark. Either the buffalo is too spicy or not spicy enough and the chicken is never cooked right. This spot is a game changer. Everything here hit the mark. From the fries, the cheese, sauces and the chicken/ cauliflower plate that I got everything was hitting it on the dot. The service was on par, we were greeting promptly and our order was taken down. The owner was the one who took our order and he went above and beyond to ensure the food was on point!!! The restaurant was clean and well maintained with plenty of seating. They have a simple yet buildable menu. Not overwhelming or difficult to understand. They have epic deals. I'm definitely coming back here!!! Their milkshakes look bomb. Went to dine-in earlier tonight. I had the buffalo fries with lemon pepper fries and my girlfriend had a 10 piece wing combo (buffalo and garlic Parmesan). Everything was a 10/10. Been wanting to try this place for a while now. So it actually looks like two different buildings from the outside, since its say Buffalo Spot on one side, and the Blu Burro on the other.. In actuality, they are both in the same. Both housed in the same building. I got to try first from the Buffalo Spot, there 10 piece tradtional wing combo with fries and drink. $20.. You get to pick two sauces so i picked the regular buffalo sauce and the pineapple jalapeno. The pineapple was good.. Not too sweet, nor spicy.. Just the right amount of flavor. Wings were a good size. Fries were good, hot and crispy. Told my friend after eating here, i think i prefer these wings vs BWW.. So a plus. She ordered the carne asada quesadilla. OMG was that good as well. Big buttery goodness on the flour tortilla.. The filling with all the meat and gauc was really good as well. Didnt see how much that was, but im sure it was over 10. The place itself, when we got there was empty. Very spotless and clean though. The people working there, very nice. I was in the area and decided to stop in the Buffalo Spot here in Pico Rivera. At first I was a little confused about where the driveway was since I was unfamiliar with the area. It was a really quick surprise so I had to turn into another driveway from the back of the plaza. Once I found a parking spot, then I wasn't sure where the front entrance was. The markings outside does show Buffalo Spot but they also operate as another business as well as their signage for both. The good thing is that on the inside they're fairly organized about it. If you're unfamiliar with the food here they're most known for their buffalo wing pieces on top of fries. You're able to choose from a bunch of different sauces and there's always a great combination of flavors you can mix and match with. The building itself is a pretty decent space. I had mobile ordered my food that was ready to go as I had gotten there. The team was very nice and everything went very smoothly. I'm glad my family really enjoyed the food I got here and I will definitely be back in the future. read more

I purchased wings yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The pieces I received were also most inedible. They were over fried and tasted like cardboard. I could not eat them. I thought this was just a single occurrence but this is the second time. When you order you are told it will take 18-20 minutes. This probably why they are over cooked. read more

Tried to order a Thursday special (today is Thursday) that was on the screen. 7 boneless wings with fries and drink for $10. The girl tells me they don't do that anymore and it's only $1 more. In actuality it was $3 more and was two less wings. They also have a menu of burritos shakes and more and I wanted a burrito for me. I was told I had to do one transaction for buffalo spot at one register and a separate one on another register for the burrito menu. Such a waste of my time and them paying extra credit card fees. And to top it off, the food is obviously made in the same kitchen space so separate registers makes no sense. Unfortunately I didnt get his name) but today I decided to stop by after months of not coming. My order was taken so rudely from some girl in glasses and a pony tail. She has tattoos on her neck, can't miss em. Anyways she rushed me and her voice was thick with attitude. I understand that some people have bad days so i dismissed it until she brought my food to the table and my wife and I both said thank you, she rolled her eyes and walked away. So rude! My boyfriend and I would come on the weekend for a treat but a few months ago we placed an online order at the wrong location, notified the store, and placed another order for the correct location. After several attempts of getting a refund for the order we did not pick up/eat AND cancelled, we still have not received our refund. The store we placed the order for incorrectly informed us that we could leave them a message on their website to get the refund but no one has responded to my inquiry. I tried calling both stores but neither offered me a solution. Yes, it is a mere $15 (which is a lot to me in this economy!) but it's the fact that I have tried to dispute it with my credit card company, Discover but it was rejected for some reason. I am furthering my dispute unfortunately and it has been over six months. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund, for money I work hard to earn and that doesn't belong to them nor is it entitled to them. Because of this, I haven't returned nor have a recommended the Buffalo Spot to anyone in months. Very disappointing. read more

Finally they are open. Took them long enough but I am sure they wanted to get everything right. New place around the area and we decided to try it out. It's right on the corner of a shopping center so you can't miss it. They don't have an extensive menu so that makes picking what you want to eat very easy. Staff is friendly and location is nice and clean. 15 wings traditional - 15 traditional wings of course bone in because that's the way wings were made to be eaten. I asked for 3 different flavors but they couldn't do that. 15 wings come with two flavors. If I would have goten 3 sets of 5 piece wings then I could have gotten 3 flavors (Head scratch). Went with hot and garlic parmesan. The hot was not really hot, I think they lacked in the heat department. The garlic parmesan were lacking garlic but at the end of the day they were good. All wings had a nice size and definetly a good crunch. You get to pick your dressing and of course you need to pay for extra because they only give you one. So we went with one ranch and one blue cheese and of course the one that they give you with your order so in total we had 3 dipping sauces. Buffalo fries - Regular size buffalo fries. What is buffalo fries you ask? Well, it's of course french fries with boneless chicken pieces covered with what ever sauce you want. We went with mild and they were really good. I think the fries were our favorite from the menu. Fries were cooked perfectly and the chicken and sauce just made everything better. You must try if you like fries. For just opening I think staff is doing good and food is good as well. I am sure as time goes on they will perfect things and customers will keep coming in.
