We have only had an issue with the speed of the food a few times but I think they were understaffed at the time. To speed things through, we had 11 people, we ordered online. They didn't tell me they didn't have any forks/knives/spoons until after we received our food. That bugged me because how are we then supposed to eat our food? The staff did not do anything other than say "we are out of utensils." Shouldn't you do more to find utensils for your customers? We had to walk over to another restaurant in the plaza to ask for forks... Or maybe the staff should've said something to us when we ordered "FOR HERE" and knew we got bowls that required utensils...
