This location was mediocre, I've been to other wing stops and they had better service and cleaner tables. I ordered by phone and when I arrived all the seats were empty but the tables were filled with trash and nobody went to clean up. The wings tasted too salty. I live in Vancouver, so when I tell you I drive all the way to Wing Stop because of the food, you know I think its the bomb. I love chicken wings. Wing Stop's are the best. They seem to use high quality wings. I always get the bone-in (aren't the boneless really chicken breast pieces?). And i've tried several of their sauces. There BBQ is perfect to me, in fact, I wish BBQ restaurants would serve Wing Stop's BBQ Sauce. That being said, i'm addicted to the lemon pepper. I don't know why. Its just like a druggie needing dope, I need to have those lemon pepper wings. Fortunately, if they were any closer, i'd be eating them at least once a week. But because its 15 miles one way, i can't visit them as often as I'd like. Take advantage of ordering in advance. This is one of my favorite wing places. The cashiers are friendly, the ambiance is comfortable, and oh my god the wings are amazing. Their locations is super convenient since I can shop at Walmart the get some of their wings. They have the best hickory smoked BBQ boneless wings ever. Also, one time I ordered the 10 piece boneless wings and they gave me 9 extra wings with no extra charge. Awesome buffalo wing at an unbeatable price. Several different sauces to choose from. Not only do they have savory wings, their fries are mouthwatering too. This is the best place I have found to get Wings in Oregon. The Wings are always good. The fries have sugar and salt on them. So good. Today I had my first issue and we got the wrong order. I've never had better chicken wings in Portland! My favorites are the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. I love the options for flavors and spiciness so people that have a high spice tolerance can enjoy with people with a low spice tolerance (like me). Pretty disappointed in this location. Called my order in half way to their location and when I got there they said they weren't taking cards. I didn't have cash on me so they just said sorry. Would have been nice to know on my drive over! Guy with long hair was rude and didn't even seem to care at all. This is an awful location. I put an online order and then ended up waiting for over an hour when I got to the restaurant because they forgot to make our food. I think the only reason I was sad to move out of this neighborhood in SE Portland was because I was moving away from Wing Stop! I love their wings and fries. I had them about every week or two for 4 years when I lived there, and now stop often when I'm in Portland. Even the veggie sticks are more amazing than the veggie sticks I've had anywhere else. Wing Stop is fast, and has been very consistent with quality and flavor. Best flavors: Lemon pepper, garlic parm, and Louisiana rub, IMO. Price is great too (especially if you go in on the days they offer special deals on individual wings or boneless wings). They beat out Buffalo Wild Wings in all ways - taste, speed, consistency, and price. read more

My husband and I came to Wing Stop after we were left starving after Da Hui (please see my review) and we only had half an hour before our movie started so we decided to stop in for some wings. My husband ordered the 10 piece combo meal and because it was our first time, the cashier recommended the hickory BBQ sauce and the teriyaki sauce. Thinking it would be super fast since all we got were 10 wings and the place is set up like a fast food restaurant (actually a pretty ghetto fast food restaurant where we had to use the paper towel roll up front as napkins), we were disappointed that it was close to 20 before we received our order. First, the fries were seasoned with sugar and black pepper. We thought they might have gotten the sugar mixed up with the salt but when I asked, they told me that's how they do their fries at WS. Second, the wings were drowning in sauce. Although I like saucy wings, these wings had way too much sauce on them and the sauce was not good and tasted like something you can get from a bottle at Freddy's. Overall, WS was a disappointment and we'll continue to go to Buffalo Wild Wings until we find something better. read more

I have lived in Buffalo and have eaten at the original wing place (Anchor bar) and nothing can top them, but WOW!! I do love wing stop!! The food is amazing and the customer service is always great. This wingstop is ok. I think the wings can be dry compared to fire on the mountain. It is closer to me when I'm feeling lazy. I will say the customer service is what makes this place.
