I ordered a 30-piece wing meal, but when I got home I discovered there were only 22 wings in the box. I called the restaurant before driving back, but the manager would not come to the phone. When I returned to the store, I explained that I had been shorted 8 wings. Instead of apologizing or offering any compensation for the inconvenience of making a second trip or leaving my family short for our meal, I was met with a dismissive and nonchalant attitude from the manager who couldn't have been more than 18-years-old. As the conversation continued, I was told I would not receive the missing wings or a refund and was instructed to leave the store. I was then told that a higher-level manager was on the way and that I should wait. I waited for quite a while, only to be told the manager had arrived but was in the back. The employees refused to share with me either of the managers' names. After waiting with no resolution, I eventually left and will contact my bank to refute the charge for the wings that were missing from my order. Mistakes happen, but customers should expect an order to be corrected when the restaurant makes an error and for the management to, at minimum, apologize for wasting customers' time and gas coming back to the store to rectify their inability to count their food correctly. In my case, I paid for 30 wings, received 22, and left without the missing food or a refund despite returning to the store to resolve the issue. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and contacting corporate to complain. read more

I love coming to this location! They are always very friendly and attentive. My food is always hot and cooked to perfection. There is always someone in the dining area sweeping, wiping tables, and running the front. Keep up the great job! They are always very busy, but know how to manage the crowds. read more

We stopped by on Sunday around 5pm placed our order only a couple people there . 5:10-5:40 pm to be exact still no food so I went to the counter asked the cashier she said oh they are waiting on the fries then went to back grabbed a to go bag that had been sitting for a while however I ordered in and we have been sitting with no food so she brought it to the counter and said your order is ready I opened the bag the fries were ice cold I mentioned my receipt said order was for here and she gave me a tray then I said well I'm not eating cold fries I paid for hot food I said can I please speak to a manager . I don't know if this lady was a manager no one has name tags but she was rude like I was bothering her because my food was cold and not what I ordered I explained my order is cold and she snatched the food threw it in the trash we are busy and I can make you another "I said well am I going to have to wait another 30 mins " she said no went to back made a new batch in under 1 min .uhmmm. My kids were starving they ate the wings however they all had diarrhea and one threw up on the way home . Listen, I don't know what the poor reviews are about but this is THE BEST Wingstop I have ever been to. The low star rating is ridiculous. I've been here for pickup orders half a dozen times and every time, the order is correct, everything is seasoned/doused in sauce perfectly, food is cooked properly, and it's consistently good. There's a reason why Wingstop is always busy. Don't let the two stars fool you, there are people waiting all the time in here. Yes, service might be a little slow but that's because there are so many orders. Be patient, the food is worth the wait! I order on the app, there's a good deal on there for 20 pieces of chicken, 4 sauces, and a large fry for $16.99. My husband and I both order this separately and it feeds us for days. Not only that, count the chicken. Do it. It's always more than 20. This place hooks you up!! Do try the corn! We just learned that you can change the seasoning on the corn and on the fries. After placing an order online it was shown it'll take about an hour for my carry out will be ready. Since it was a Friday night I understood, on the plus side at least my food will be fresh. I placed an order at the register for the 20 boneless wings & large fries deal with a side of corn which suppose to include the 2 dip sauces per their online advertisement. The cashier rang up 20 classic wings and charged me separate for both the large fries and corn. She was rude and frustrated and told me, the price was different and didn't want to do a refund for the difference, she asked the cashier if she remembered me asking for boneless to which she replied "to be honest I don't remember" at this point I didn't even care, I just wanted the correct order done. She said it will be a wait and I had no choice I mentioned the corn was cold (it was very cold like it pulled it out the fridge cold) and I knew because I bit into one and she even said oh but you bit it and I responded yeah that's how I know they are cold. She then rudely asked me well do you want a refund and I told her that's not what I asked for, all I want is the correct order I initially asked for and she replied "Well you going to have to wait 10 minutes" and again yeah clearly I am going to have to wait. I waited over 20 additional minutes for my food and I made sure to double check before I left and noticed there was no ranch when I asked for the ranch this meal was supposed to come with she said I didn't order a meal and charged me $3.10 additional for Rach. But worst of all she refried the bitten cold corn I had returned and gave it right back to me so basically I had overcooked corn drenched in oil, that is the most unsanitary thing anybody can do in a Food place! So not only did she over charge me for the meal that only cost $16.99, she did not want to refund me the difference, and she charged me for dip sauce the meal clearly brought. I asked for her name and she refused to provide it to me and did not give me th receipt for the ranch. I will NEVER EVER spend a dime in this place again, she was rude, disrespectful and a thief!! Horrible customer service. Manager Liz hopefully never works a customer facing job again. Liz is clearly friends with the other staff members and has them lie about her position and name on her behalf. One boy touched a bowl of fries to the trashcan to shake off excess seasoning and then proceeded to put those fries into someone's order after they touch the trashcan. Another team member took out trash without gloves on and then proceeded to touch orders the time of estimated pick up and food being ready was 30 minutes different. I am understanding of busy hours and delays however there were no orders coming in and minimal orders going out as a number of us stood there with our arms crossed, wondering what was going on you could ask the manager what was going on, but she'd meet you with rude responses. She will not look at you as she hollered across the restaurant the time your food estimated to be ready instead of answering any questions or concerns that you have had. We ordered from this Wingstop last night. It was a delivery order through their website. They estimated 60 minutes for delivery. We got our food in under 45. The wings were great. Highly recommend the Hickory Smokehouse BBQ and OG flavors. My son liked those as well as the Garlic Parmesan flavor. If you are ordering for carryout or delivery, skip the fries. They will be soggy by the time you get to wherever you're going. The wings, however, made the order 100% worth it. read more

As soon as me and my friend entered, we were shocked at the lack of a proper and friendly greeting. After about 15 seconds of being ignored at the counter, our cashier, named Sydney, asks us if we're "actually ready to order". We tell him we are and he proceeds to lazily put in our orders. Just a few minutes later, two girls walk in and Sydney starts making some reciprocated, yet still inappropriate comments towards them. After about fifteen minutes of waiting for my order, I see that those two girls orders have come out before my friend and I's. I chalk it up to simple error and bite my tongue. Another 10 or so minutes pass, and another order comes out that is, lo and behold, not mine. At this point, I am annoyed and disappointed and I decide to ask the current cashier about the status of my order. Come to find out, our order was never properly put into the system, and was never even started on. In the time span that I had sat and waited for my order I was witness to; Sydney blatantly flirting with customers, walking around on his phone whilst still on the clock, and then finally clocking out -- all while never having entered my order into the system. I know his lack of competence does not reflect on the location as a whole, but it does make it so next time I am craving wingstop I will opt to make a 20 minute drive to a different location. read more
