If I could give LESS than a star I would! I ordered one 10 piece combo + 10 wings. My combo was missing its fries + the drink + only got 8 wings on each order! I tried calling back the same night with no answer. Called in the morning and spoke with CRISTINA COOPER (worst general manager EVER) explained the situation & was told that there is nothing we can do to resolve the issue on THEIR part! I even asked if there is any special occasion where they can just honor the mistake considering I don't live around here! She told me no and that if I wanted to speak with someone else it was a lost cause that I would be told the same thing. No problem solving skills AT ALL!!!! I ordered roughly 50 dollars worth of food online through their website, and I got a call that because my order was over 30 dollars, I had to come in and verify my ID because they were getting scammed consistently. I got there and was roughly 15 minutes behind schedule, but I was patient. I was given my food, and she didn't verify my receipt; she just gave me my bag and let me leave. I came home with 10 wings less than my order, so I am 15 dollars out. And when I tried to contact them via phone call, all of a sudden they were no longer answering their phones using multiple different phone numbers and they were hanging up on me on top of that. They're just letting it ring and ignoring their phones. So, if you appreciate your hard-earned money, do not spend it here. They'll end up scamming you. I would call in my order to avoid a long wait for my wings because wings are made to order and are always fresh. To my dismay after 6-8 calls... nobody picked up to take my order. I decided to go direct to the location to dine in... and service was poor... tables were not cleaned so I couldn't dine in... and I waited more than 25mins for my wings and landed up eating them in my car. We ordered 75 delicious wings! We got the family pack which includes 4 veggie trays, 1 tray of seasoned fries, potatoe salad, and dipping sauce. They were all mostly cooked right! We ordered online and the wait was not bad at all. Once you order online, they notify you the time they will be done. The garlic parmesan wings did not have that much seasoning... it didn't really taste like garlic parmesan. However, the mild, atomic, Brazilian, and Louisiana was delicious! We would come back for the wings. The reason why it is rated 3 stars is because they didn't give us napkins (we ordered 75 wings!!) They terribly misplaced our boxes of wings in the bag which led to sauce, oil, and juices which drenched our paper to go bag and all over the other boxes of wings. Very unprofessional and ignorant store manager. Whatever her name was, a heavier set African American female was running the store on 07/29 at the time of my visit. I placed an order and needed to make a change, I immediately called the store and she advised I was not able to edit orders and I can cancel and re-order. I did just that and when I went to pick up my new revised order I advised the manager that I had not received an email confirmation regarding my cancelled order. I asked if she was able to provide proof of refund she said "the store is too busy right now for me to stop and print out your receipt, you can have a seat and wait for it if you'd like, or it'll take 3-5 business days to be refunded" being that I was on my lunch break from work I couldn't wait too long, hence the reason I ordered ahead online for pickup. However I waited the 3-5 business days and of course never received my refund. I called back on 08/05 to advise the manager and she said "call back in an hour, I will double check that it was sent over to the district manager" called back an hour later and was told "looks like it was never sent, you'll need to dispute with your bank" now I'm getting irritated, because she couldn't do her due diligence and tend to the customer face to face at the time, now I'm jumping thru obstacles to get my refund for an order I never received. I then asked for the district managers or a superiors number to call and file a complaint and her response was "we don't just give that number out to anyone" & chuckled. So not only did I not receive my refund but I was denied the number to file a complaint. I googled and found a Wingstop customer support number, filed a complaint that was escalated and was told that I should hear something back by 08/08 AM and if not to give a call back. Never heard back from them, called back and said it would be escalated again. So here I am, a week and a half later, no refund, no credit, no acceptable customer service. Stead clear of this Wingstop that clearly cannot function properly and has an extremely rude and IGNORANT store manager. I have gone to roughly 4 different Wingstop locations in the LA County area and have come to expect basic service and dirty restaurants. This location was totally different. Adrienne took our order and was so friendly, patient, and helpful. She suggested ways we could get what we wanted and save money. She was also conversational and professional instead of distracted and robotic like at the other locations I've visited in the past. The restaurant was clean and the rest of the the staff that night (Theo, Chanel, and Destiny) were having fun servicing orders and deep cleaning the kitchen to music. The food itself was perfectly cooked, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend this Wingstop. On 07/23/22 @ 9:04pm I had an online order for over 160 wings, Cajun corn, veggie sticks, and voodoo fries to feed my family for our Family Reunion. We had a lot of family coming in town and had to eat dinner so Wingstop was everyones choice. I spent $314.61 to be exact and was only given 12 ranch that was for the wings/veggie stick. Well, we all know that 12 ranch isn't enough for over 160 wings and over 50 people. So, I asked the sales rep Trulyana (who was really nice) for more which she was going to give me. However, her supervisor Sabrina said NO with a nasty attitude and said I had to purchase more ranch because they count them. But, not to mention they were getting ready to close and we had the largest order for that store on that date. I had to feed over 50 people and 12 ranch clearly wasn't enough. I asked the manager Sabrina if I could buy a large cup and was told NO again with an attitude. I told her she didn't have to be rude. She then said that I had to purchase those small cups which were close to $3 each including tax. Now, I eat Wingstop at least 2x a week during my lunch break, but after this incident I stopped. Wing stop is known for there wings especially for parties. I strongly believe that when large orders are placed like this that a large amount of ranch should come with those type of orders as an option instead of giving those small containers for wings over a certain amount purchased. The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. Please save your money and DO NOT patronize this location nor let the manager Sabrina take your order. She will charge you more than expected and give you an attitude. Then when I asked her for corporates number to complain, she ended up giving me a number that had nothing to do with Wingstop which was another violation for me. After I called the bogus number, I had to google corporate number online because I didn't see it posted anywhere. When I called corporate on 07/26/22 I was told someone will be in contact and that never happened. So, I followed up again on 08/17/22 and was told they're going to escalate my claim and someone will be in contact for compensation. I received an email on 08/17/22 about 4 hrs later with a gift card for $5 stating Wingstop was sorry although I paid $313.61. To be honest, I would have appreciated someone from corporate that's higher up to call with an apologize rather than to issue ONLY $5. This is ridiculous!!! I'm beyond upset overall and recommend you order chicken at Popeyes, KFC, Louisiana Chicken, El Pollo Loco, El Camparo etc....At least these places would have given you a whole meal instead of $5.
