We were really disappointed today. After a long day at work I was really looking forward to wings night. Unfortunately our order was very wrong and an item was missing. Here's the deets: We ordered 2 combos; each with garlic Parmesan & Spicy Korean wings, regular fries & cheese fries and a triple chocolate brownie for a sweet treat. What we received was 2 orders of garlic Parmesan & LEMON PEPPER wings, fries were correct but the brownie was not included in the order. Between the two of us one is allergic to lemon and the other just plain hates lemon flavored things. When we called the person who answered the phone rudely cut my husband off when he began to explain the situation. There was no manager on duty--she was in charge, she said. The options were to cook us some spicy Korean wings and we drive to the restaurant to pick them up. Uh, we already paid for delivery so...no. Or a refund. Okay, fine. It's actually one of the best best Wingstops I've been to, in fact maybe the best Prices are a little high and the wings up in Buffalo are 17 thousand times better, but I guess these are okay, maybe better than okay by local standards to be honest. The staff greeted me with a friendly smile and a short female team member proceeded to the front to assist me. I ordered, then waited for no longer than 10 minutes for my food which was hot and fresh when received. The team at this location is extremely friendly and does their best to exceed customer expectations!
