Here's the deets: We ordered 2 combos; each with garlic Parmesan & Spicy Korean wings, regular fries & cheese fries and a triple chocolate brownie for a sweet treat. What we received was 2 orders of garlic Parmesan & LEMON PEPPER wings, fries were correct but the brownie was not included in the order. Between the two of us one is allergic to lemon and the other just plain hates lemon flavored things. When we called the person who answered the phone rudely cut my husband off when he began to explain the situation. There was no manager on duty--she was in charge, she said. The staff greeted me with a friendly smile and a short female team member proceeded to the front to assist me.
