I've been a loyal customer of this Wingstop for years, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and 20 boneless wings, half lemon pepper and half Parmesan. When my family got home, we discovered the food was so heavily salted that it was completely inedible. No one could eat it. I called the store expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told by an employee that the manager, Brian, would only refund the chicken sandwich unless I physically brought the entire order back to the restaurant for a full refund. Apparently, the burden is on the customer to make another trip because the kitchen failed to prepare edible food. The most disappointing part wasn't even the overly salted food. It was the lack of customer service. Loyal customers shouldn't have to waste additional time and gas to prove that food was prepared incorrectly. A simple apology and refund would have turned this into a minor mistake. Instead, the store chose to make the experience even more frustrating. Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice. Based on this experience, I'll think twice before returning, and I hope management provides better training on how to handle customer concerns. read more

When we walked in, we noticed an employee on the food line wearing his mask under his nose and mouth, negating the entire purpose of wearing a mask. As we were paying, I asked that employee to ask the 1st employee to put his mask on properly. 2nd employee went back and talked with 1st employee. She came back shortly to apologize and say that she didn't have the authority to make him wear his mask correctly. He continued to work on the food line with two other employees in close proximity. I asked for the guy's name. She said she didn't know it. We then asked to talk to him directly. She went to talk to him again, he glared at us and walked out of eyesight. This location has gone down tremendously from food quality to service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Yesterday, my husband and I went and I noticed one of the cooks digging in the back of his mouth while getting a drink from the soda machine. He then proceeded to go back to the kitchen and start preparing our food while licking his fingers and wiping his nose with his un-gloved hands (we were the only ones in there and they were standing around). I was completely disgusted. We asked for a refund and left. The cashier we got the refund from wasn't even phased like he knew this happened before. Went into the store's restroom before placing an order and the employee whom was presumably defecating based on the noises i encountered in the restroom and their flushing, left straight from their stall without washing their hands. When i arrive to the front register, I see said employee being referred to as "dueño" which in spanish means "owner." This was my first visit to this location and the first time I did not leave a tip in a loooonnnngggg time. I ordered online to pick up. I walked in and there was an employee sitting at the register. She did not greet us nor did she make eye contact (even though the door chimes as you walk in). Then she got up and walked to the back. I looked around because there were no less than 6 people with wing stop shirts on and 3 customer. Finally the 'shift manager' walked up and asked if I needed help. I proceeded to ask why the female employee did not greet us. He said he was the 'shift manager' so HE had to greet us. I told him anyone in a wing stop shirt should welcome guests as they arrive. I was turned off by the interaction. I just do not understand the logic of not greeting guests as they walk in...even if you need to ask them to wait a moment. The 'shift manager' pivoted into a chick-fil-a worker and turned on the customer service. He even said "my pleasure". Frankly with the cost of goods and services patrons want to have more than the food they come for...we want, respect and courtesy as well. I hope they do better with customer service at this location. The food was quite good. We ordered the new spicy honey wings and the barbq flavor well done with fries and 2 drinks. We drove home and it was still so fresh and tasty. The kids really enjoyed the fries. They were not the dries up scraps you get at times. My son went to throw something in the trash and he said the restroom was disgusting and there seemed to be blood on the floor!!!! I almost forgot that! Caution- Apparently, it is Wing Stop's policy to take your money, not give you your full order, take the rest of your order and not refund your money. We ordered 3 meals for take out today for our 3 teenage boys. Got home and only 2 meals were in the bag. The owner of the 2 meals that were present began eating and we called the store to tell them that they left an order out of the bag. They told us that we needed to bring all the food back and they would redo the entire order. We explained that we didn't need a completely new order, the others had already began eating theirs. They insisted that we needed to bring it all back. So, we stop the ones that were eating, packed it up took it all back. We give them the bags back and are waiting for the new order when the manager comes out yelling that they weren't giving us a new order (or even the missing order) because too much of it had been eaten! They accused us of eating the alleged missing order and refused any refund or missing order. The police were called, the district manager was called and they still refused to give us a refund! We didn't even get to finish the meals that they did give us and they refused to give us the missing meal or any money back. This dispute isn't over, but be sure to check your bags before you leave bc they will not own up to their mistakes and will take your money. They were rude and accusatory and stole my $44. In addition, the district manager was on the phone and refused to give me his office number so that I could discuss it with him on Monday. read more

Because you never called our names and it's cold... we got them back and there was no seasoning and even at that we got the 50 piece pack and we didn't get 2 of the large fries.. if you order online you get 4 instead of two regular size because they are suppose to be large .. so we are out 10$ and will definitely recommend any other Wingstop than this one. My wife and I were at Buffalo Wild Wings down the street for THIRTY MINUTES with no service. We called before we went and asked if they would play the Baylor game and were told yes. No game when we arrived. While we were there, I called Wingstop and asked if they could play the game. He put me on hold and went to make sure that they had it (as it was on an obscure channel). They did. We headed over to Wingstop, and they got the game on for us! We bought lunch, and we got to watch our game. James, the manager, went above and beyond for us! Wow. I went to this Wingstop for the first and last time tonight. Food was okay, customer service, never mind, guess it isn't important. I placed my order for carryout online, and was given a pickup time of 43 - 48 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant about 45 minutes later. I stood in line (4 customers in front of me) for 10 minutes. I paid for my order and was told it would be another 15 minutes before it was ready. Happily it only took another 12 minutes instead of 15. I was handed my bag which was taped shut with some labels that said it was "sealed for my protection". I left, and drove home, opened the bag, and found out I was missing an order of boneless BBQ wings and my cheese fries didn't have ANY cheese on them! I tried to call the restaurant to get a refund on the missing food or go back to get it. I stayed on the phone with it ringing and transferring automatically for 5 minutes, and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! So now I have to decide if I am going to drive back, fight with the counter people about the $7 of food missing from my order and then drive home to eat my cold wings and fries that I left at home to go through all of that. I decided to post this warning instead for the next sucker that is considering an order not to trust the hermetically sealed bag.
