I am very disappointed with this location. I love wing-stop, I actually prefer wing-stop over Buffalo Wild Wings. The service sucks at this location including the food, the manager villalobos doesn't seem to care about any of the complaints either. Every time I have been here the food has been over cooked to the point where you almost chip a tooth, You literally can't cut into the boneless wings. This location is the ONLY location I have received bad service at. I once received my online order an hour AFTER the pick up time. Today I arrived to pick up my online order and was told AFTER I paid for it that they did not cook my food. The cook said his coworker told him not to cook my food because I wasn't coming. This was confusing to me because I arrived on time. No logical explanation was presented to me and the manager offered no apology or display of concern. WingStop is great, but at this location staff is horrible today 3/22/19. I placed my order from home over the phone was told 35 min I came over at the 35 minutes the guys are just standing talking not working. They even didn't let me get a mix of boneless and bone in! Because his general manager did not allow it. They told a customer they had 45 min wait the place had two people inside. And then my order is not even been started on!! Complete disaster! This place needs new management, whomever is doing the hiring needs to rethink his strategy on hiring! A total horrible customer experience! read more

After enjoying a movie at the Palladium we decided to eat out tonight.. ofcourse we had to grab some wings. We usually eat at the Wingstop by our house but as we were driving by we saw a new Wingstop so we decided to stop by and eat there since it was new. As soon as we arrive the staff greated us and offer to help us with our order even informed us of the new flavor Brazilian Citrus Pepper. This location consistently produces fresh food and friendly staff. There's a window to see into the kitchen and you can see that the kitchen is kept clean. The stainless is sparkly clean and it's obvious the staff takes pride in their work. Once we had an issue with our order and the manager made it right. We're all human and I'm a firm believer that it's not about your mistakes, but instead it's about how you handle your mistakes. Love taking my family here. Will most certainly be back! read more

The only place I'll go to satisfy my pregnancy cravings for wings. However, the to go orders have been hit or miss the last few months. We order online, and our order has been wrong the past 4 times we've gotten it home. Its almost like the actual order isn't looked at...just the number of wings ordered and the flavors. No thought to hw many of each flavor or how many wings ordered total. The veg sticks have also started looking very old and like they have been sitting out all day. First off, I never write reviews, but I was compelled to write one due to my experience at this establishment tonight. Although, I have been to this Wingstop many times before, I have never had an issue. First I ordered via APP, which I've done many time before. I ordered at 5:15PM, and chose an expected pick-up time at 6:15PM. Big Mistake! I arrived at 6:16PM. 1 minute late shouldn't have mattered, but I had a funny feeling my food was probably made when I ordered it and would be cold. So I checked everything and sure enough it was cold, not luke-warm, but COLD. Because I knew they would ask, and they did, to remake my food. I refused and asked for a refund. The person at the register had to call to get the authorization, which was to no avail and that the person couldn't get an authorization to give a refund. I was then told I had to give contact information for a refund, which I refused and demanded my refund now. The person got back on the phone to call her manager, which promptly walked her through how to give a refund. The person showed me on the computer that I was refunded. I asked for a copy of the receipt showing it was actually refunded, but the person couldn't give me a receipt. They told me to check my bank account. Really, check my bank account??? I have never been in a store, restaurant, or any other business that had to give me a refund, not be able to provide me with a receipt showing a refund. Not good customer service! Again, this 1 star is for this visit only. read more

This is a great place to come with a group! As soon as my friends and I entered we were not only greeted by the cashier but the cooks too! The lady in the front was nice and helped us to decide what we wanted. Our food took about 15 minutes to come out but we didn't notice as we were distracted by the sports being played on the TV. Once our food was ready we dug in. The food itself was just amazing! Our fries cane out fresh and the boneless wings were sauced perfectly. The experience we had here was amazing. The only problem was that there was no tip jar, so we could tip them for the great service. read more
