Apparently, the burden is on the customer to make another trip because the kitchen failed to prepare edible food. The most disappointing part wasn't even the overly salted food. It was the lack of customer service. Loyal customers shouldn't have to waste additional time and gas to prove that food was prepared incorrectly. A simple apology and refund would have turned this into a minor mistake. Instead, the store chose to make the experience even more frustrating. Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice.
