The wings were really good but inconsistent in size. Some wings were pretty small. Chicken is made to order so it's fresh. None of the flavors we tried were spicy even though we ordered what should have been spicy according to their scale. The fries were surprisingly good! They have tables so you can dine in, public restrooms, and a nice soda fountain. We wanted to try their flavored teas but the teas were all empty and we didn't bother asking them to make tea for us. When you're done, they want you to leave your trash on the table-- they clean it for you. I'd eat here again, but not often. It's kind of pricey.

    Floppy fries.

I love Wingstop fries and always order them extra crispy and extra fry seasoning, but the last 2 times, they were flimsy and no extra seasoning. Very disappointing.

As you can see all the grease. I know wings are deep fried but damn I shouldn't be constantly wiping the grease of my face 10 Wings

I was disappointed with my order. I was craving wingstop for a while and when I finally decided to order for delivery to my job . Unfortunately I was not satisfied. I ordered a 10 piece. Lemon pepper and original hot to be specific. The lemon pepper was really greasy and the original hot barely had any sauce :( I even had to use a napkins to try and absorb the grease

Love the wings! The service isn't the greatest yet, however they're just starting! The wait was long but it's understandable since everyone wants to try this place out. Reasonable prices and awesome fries, like awesome! The blue cheese dip was chunky and flavorful. We got the Cajun and mango habanero wings. The Cajun were our fave hands down, however the mango habanero were too sweet for us and not hot at all. The Cajun were spicy but not burning spicy. We will definitely try the atomic ones next time we're there. We'll be back for more :3)

These phone calls were from inside the facility just to ensure that the phones work. The phones ring, yet nobody goes to answer them.

But you don't want Mexican food, so what to do? Well, the ambiance and service here are fine. The food is fine. You aren't going to leave here feeling like it was a terrible experience, but you aren't going to leave trying to plan your next trip back either. My burger was slightly overcooked and slightly under seasoned. The fries were fine. The toppings were fresh. My wife's salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and a reasonable amount of over cooked chicken. Our server was fine if a little inattentive. The decor is fine. You know you're in a steakhouse-esque establishment that isn't in its hey day. But things are clean enough. I'm sure I'll be back the next time I come to Ridgecrest. Mostly because a restaurant that is 'fine' is about as good as I've found here.

It felt a bit all over the place at first. But the reviews were so strong compared to everything nearby that we decided to try it on our way to Mammoth. When we got there it was pretty quiet, and the owner sat us and took our order himself. He was really friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu and give recommendations. We ended up talking with him quite a bit, and once he explained his background and how his food is influenced by different cultures, the menu started to make a lot more sense. You can tell he really cares about what he's making, and he's very genuine and easy to talk to. We ordered the jerk chicken tacos, the creole pasta, and the soul bird sandwich. I had asked about modifying the sandwich and he mentioned he doesn't really do modifications, which I actually respected. It felt like he really stands behind how each dish is meant to be eaten. The food ended up being really good. The pasta surprised me the most. It looked simple at first, but it was creamy, slightly peppery, and really flavorful without feeling heavy. The beef had a nice char that added a lot. The jerk chicken tacos were also really good, super juicy and flavorful, and everything worked well together. The habanero sauce wasn't very spicy, more on the sweeter side, but it complemented the dish well. There was a small mix-up with my sandwich at first, but he caught it right away, fixed it, and even let us keep the first one. Both versions were good, but the one with pickles had a better balance. The tang really pulled everything together. We ended up finishing everything, which we weren't planning on. Overall, it was just a really good experience. Good food, and a really nice conversation with the owner that made the whole visit feel more personal. We actually wanted to stop by again on our way back, but they were closed. I wish we lived closer because we'd definitely come back. It's a spot that deserves more attention.

It was nice and warm inside, everything clean, including the bathroom. Our waiter was super funny and nice, same with the chef. I love night crew antics The morning/day crew needs to get it together because they did not prep the kitchen well with defrosted meats that were on the menu. So there were people waiting up to an hour for their takeout while we sat in the restaurant. Which I feel is unacceptable because they are a 24 hour establishment, get it together and take care of your night crew because they also work off tips and it's a disrespectful practice. Gave my kind waiter a fat tip and called it a day, after eating a fire burger with bacon, and this really good sauce that he recommended. Get the mozz sticks ! Be so serious. We are literally 7 miles away. So somehow your system can take our order, charge us, and waste almost an hour of our time... but nobody realized we were "too far" until the very last second? Right. Then when we explained that we had been drinking and couldn't drive, the employee got rude and acted like that was somehow our problem to figure out. Sorry, but if you advertise delivery maybe customers expect... delivery? Crazy concept, I know. The attitude was honestly worse than the mistake itself. Talking over us, refusing to help, refusing to let us speak to a manager, and then hanging up on us like middle schoolers working a prank call line instead of an actual business. And after all that? The ONLY thing they did was refund the order. No apology, no credit, no "hey sorry we completely wasted your night." Nothing. We sat around hungry for almost an hour just to get attitude and a dial tone. If your delivery radius can't handle someone 7 miles away, maybe fix the app instead of blaming customers after the fact. This place seriously needs better management and employees who know how to speak to people without acting annoyed that they have to do their jobs.

We were all astonished by the audacity of this establishment to just flat out serve something like this. It's really disrespectful, deceitful, and rude. We used to order their pastas years ago and they were filled to the top. Wonder how dumb it's gonna get after I wait another 5 years to give it another try.

Maybe this is a brand new crew and manager? The lady who seems like a manager was accommodating and energetic. I'm hoping she can turn this place around. I ordered the big dinner box that comes with two pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. We also ordered the new My Hut Box with a personal pizza and fries. Their breadsticks are the absolute worst I've ever had. The wings that were supposedly spicy garlic were neither spicy nor garlicky. They did not come with a side of dipping sauce, which seemed wrong but when I asked they said they don't come with sauce. I checked their website later and found that to be wrong-- they were supposed to give me sauce for the wings according to the current promo. The pizza was good. The drink cups are small but they charged me for "large" and said it's because we get free refills. Their drink choices are severely lacking. So, $6.38 for two "large" fountain drinks is completely ridiculous. They should have no right charging so much for something they buy for nickels. There was no trash receptacle in the dining area. The bathrooms require a key. You have to ask for everything (straw, more napkins, anything) at the counter, or when they bring your order to your table. Nothing is out there for your convenience at all. This all equates to a disappointing dine in experience. They need to make this place much more inviting and accommodating. And please put up a dang menu with prices for us to see plain and clear for crying out loud. Stop doing the bare minimum, Hut.
