Actually insane customer service from this Domino's. We placed a DELIVERY order, waited around 40 minutes, and then got a call SIX minutes before the pizza was supposedly ready saying they "can't deliver" because we're "out of city limits." Be so serious. We are literally 7 miles away. So somehow your system can take our order, charge us, and waste almost an hour of our time... but nobody realized we were "too far" until the very last second? Right. Then when we explained that we had been drinking and couldn't drive, the employee got rude and acted like that was somehow our problem to figure out. Sorry, but if you advertise delivery maybe customers expect... delivery? Crazy concept, I know. The attitude was honestly worse than the mistake itself. Talking over us, refusing to help, refusing to let us speak to a manager, and then hanging up on us like middle schoolers working a prank call line instead of an actual business. And after all that? The ONLY thing they did was refund the order. No apology, no credit, no "hey sorry we completely wasted your night." Nothing. We sat around hungry for almost an hour just to get attitude and a dial tone. If your delivery radius can't handle someone 7 miles away, maybe fix the app instead of blaming customers after the fact. This place seriously needs better management and employees who know how to speak to people without acting annoyed that they have to do their jobs. read more

Let's face it: as far as pizza goes in this town, there's a lot of room for improvement but not a lot of hope. After swearing off Domino's for the past 5 years, we decided to give it another try. Pizza was fine but not as good as Little Caesars. The really low point of our meal was the new Buffalo Mac & cheese. The container was less than half filled with said pasta. We were all astonished by the audacity of this establishment to just flat out serve something like this. It's really disrespectful, deceitful, and rude. Wow. I went in to pick up my order. I was told it wasn't out yet, just a fee more minutes. I ran into another store and came back 20 minutes later. No order! Never received it they said. So how can my order be "not ready yet" if it was never received. So I had to sit and wait and was given NOTHING for their mistake. Wonderful customer service! As the driver was walking out pizza to our door, some kids walked by her and knocked the bag out of her hand. One pizza was totally ruined. She called the store right then to start on the replacement and we had it out to us about 30-40 minutes later. Food is most of the time prepared as ordered and usually pretty good. Food gets a solid 3 stars, however, customer service is way below a 1 star. I do not find it appropriate for the supposed manager, Alex, to ask to see my bank statements after it was already paid for and shown in the app. Very unprofessional and failed to see the large PAID text on each of the receipts placed on the boxes of pizza. Got even more inconvenient when he asked that I pay twice and later come back to get my money. Very unethical and very sketchy. No restaurant has ever asked me to provide my bank statements. $30 for a large, thin crust with ham, double mushrooms, onion and olives?? Seriously??? BF and I just couldn't do it. We downsized to a medium for $22 and change. Ugh! Crazy, right? Pizza took forever, was lukewarm, and had burnt crust. The cheese had decent flavor but there was hardly any sauce. I don't like a lot of sauce so we ordered the "standard" amount. It was really hard to detect. The delivery guy was really nice and personable though. He commented on BF's boxer that greeted him warmly at the door, wagging her stubby little tail. My friend and I have both gotten pizza from this Domino's multiple times, and every time the delivery wait is absurd. I'm currently waiting for a pizza to be delivered 35 minutes after the online app told me to "Dig In." Pretty much the worst experience possible. We called and ordered a pizza and was told 30 minutest later that they cannot deliver to us because our house was more than 30 minutes rpund trip. Except its not. Mapquest says it is 10 minutes one way and if you times that by two pretty sure that is under 30 minutes. Then we talked to a manager who refused to deliver to us. So we then asked to speak to his manager and he gave us a fake phone number to call. This is absolutely the worst place to order a pizza from period. Avoid at all costs. read more

I always order online and use the domin is tracker. They are fantastic and usually always get the order right. Only once have they gotten it wrong. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it had no buffalo sauce!!!! Ha. Anyways besides that they have always been great and the delivery driver is always courteous! read more

This chain is the worst at trying to fix the problems that have occurred every time I have ordered from there. The only reason why I keep on ordering is because the pizza and wings are good. Delivery service takes at least an hour. They keep messing up a simple order of two medium two topping pizzas. How hard is it to get that right? So I thought on a Monday night it would be would be fastest to just order wings and pizza, but boy was I wrong. After ordering my food at 7pm it was ready (according to the tracker) and out for delivery by 7:25pm, not too shabby for this ghost town. But it's all downhill from there. One can only assume the delivery driver stopped at every house in town to see if they ordered pizza as the food took over 45 minutes to reach my doorstep. That's over an hour since I originally ordered, but alas it seemed warm enough to eat so let's give it a go. NEVER ORDER BONELESS CHICKEN FROM DOMINOS! It is nothing like the picture and instead you eat up paying $6+ for 8 little popcorn chicken balls. Now I was expecting frozen chicken, but that have obviously been pressed/formed (and might as well been shaped like dinosaurs) was pushing it. Ordered my pizza online which was a simple easy process. Watched the tracker and when my pizza arrived around 45 min later it was sub-par. I ordered a simple chicken, bacon and mushroom pizza. The box top was smashed in and my pizza looked like a 3 year old thew toppings at it and was burnt on the bottom. The delivery person was nice but when asked about the extra dipping sauce I ordered, she promptly addressed the fact that it was not her job to grab it because it should have been stated on the order. After she left, I looked at my order and it was on there as an option. Tried calling Domino's no answer, kinda sucks, I am not very impressed with Domino's in Ridgecrest and will not be ordering again. read more

Well after my review of Domino's on Yelp. I was contacted by Domino's public relation, Called by local manager and received an apology. They also credited me with 2 large pizzas.
