I don't live near by I live 40 min away. As soon as I got home I took my food out of the bag for my fries to look this way. I called to ask to speak to a manger and was told I couldn't be put on hold because they had 4 people on hold already that the Manger would call me back. I waited for about 30 min and called back. I explained to the girl over the phone that my fries were Burt and I was waiting for a call back from the Manger. After she explained to her manger. She came back to the phone and said" My manger said that's how that fries are coming out today" I told her that I would like for the manger to tell me that himself. Worst service ever can we get people that give a shit about their jobs... Is it to much to ask for a little pride in our work... I didn't even get my food it took 33 minutes for a 4 piece strip and fries.... They left my fries under the heat lamp for 10 minutes thinking I wouldn't notice... Then had the nerve to try to serve them to me... I just got a refund for everything... Managers look like they trying to be friends with the young employees and not managing... I love Wingstop, but this particular location has been not up to satisfactory the last few visits. I hesitated to leave a review thinking that maybe it was just that visit that they made a mistake but this last visit has really finalized my impression on the pride they take on serving their customers first of all they always forget an item in your order and when you catch it which I have in store, they have an attitude the last time I placed an order online they forgot one of my sandwiches. I called the store. Nobody answered so I emailed and the corporate office sent me a gift card which I was grateful for this last visit. Once again, they forgot an item. I used my gift card from their last mistake. I called and asked to speak to the manager, I try to explain about what I ordered and what was missing. She rudely cut me off asking what my name was and started stating my order to me and I said yes that's correct but I was telling her that I was missing an item she was too concerned with wanting to prove me wrong, she continue talking over me never once did she apologize I heard her out. I asked her if it was OK if I explained once again, I told her what item I was missing she let a big sigh out and said this is what I'll do for you. I'll give you an IOU for that item only. I think that is ridiculous. The tone she used cutting a customer off not apologizing or making up for the inconvenience. Basically just I'll give you what you paid for and that is it. As far as food quality and taste, it's your basic & standard WingStop fare. Sadly, this and the fact that it's my closest location are all there is that's really keeping me coming back. With my most recent visit, I saw many people in the kitchen touching their masks and not washing their hands before preparing food, removing their masks while operating fryers, touching their faces & scratching their beards (also without proper hand washing), and a couple of them were even eating with their masks down in front of food prep areas. On top of this, when picking up my food the impatient cashiers ignored me and brushed me aside when I asked a question about my order, instead prioritizing a phone call that came in halfway through their response. Terrible customer service, my partner and I walked in and stood at the front to pick up our order, yet none of the three women standing at the register bothered to acknowledge us. Our first impression was that these WOC were prejudicial because as soon as a white teenager walked in, they said they would be with him soon. The girls were gossiping about snapchat filters and laughing loudly; it is clear this Wingstop needs a new manager that can hire decent people who can at least provide good customer service. The food is good, the place is clean but customer service from some of the employees is REALLY BAD!! I ordered a small (6 pc order) and immediately change my mind and wanted to order a large (10 pc order) the cashier didn't want to change it and gave me attitude saying that the order has already being placed and the change needed to be made by a manager. I replied that is Ok I can wait for the manager to change it. When the order was placed and I was given the receipt, with a bad attitude, she didn't even say "Thank you" She didn't have a name tag but the receipt says her name is April. At first I was wary to come here because of the negative reviews. However, my experiences here have been great! The crew was able to make my baby daughter and I soo happy when they allowed me to add just A SINGLE bone in wing of a different flavor apart from already having two different combinations . I am pleasantly surprised every time. The gentleman who answers the phone is very professional and always courteous. The girls are sweet and have smiled at me. The WANGS are delicious. I was really excited about going to this wing stop since it's so close to home. We decided to have a movie night at home eat out n just relax eating some juicy wings n crispy fries. We ordered 2 large combos was told over the phone 18 mins I went around 20 mins well got home and as were eating were looking at each other in confusion trying to figure out wth were eating cuz the chicken was dry as hell n skin was crunchy felt like we were eating jerky. Louisiana voodoo fries extra well done. 5 original hot EXTRA WET! 5 Parmesan garlic all bone in and buffalo ranch fries extra well done. Very bad experience we ordered food online to pick up and the system was down to pay so my food sat there while they waited for the registers to open so guess what I had to suffer and get cold food because of their malfunction not mine. When they called our name and mispronounced it, we simply corrected the lady and she looked at my husband with discussed and said "Oh!! Well?? Is it yours?"
