Personally, I didn't what I was expecting walking into this Wingstop, but what I can say is that the service, quality, and food was amazing. We got the boneless meal for 2 with the hot honey rub, honey sriracha, honey garlic, and garlic Parmesan. All were fantastic to say the least. Nice ambiance, good music, and friendly staff. Once again, Wingstop on Austin highway has failed miserably from a management standpoint on SuperBowl Sunday!! Totally idiotic, chaotic "system" of fulfilling orders. There should be one employee on a register, handling all of the takeout orders, one employee on the phone, one employee on a register taking in walk in orders. Instead, an order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30 is still not ready an hour later. All employees are trying to accomplish multiple tasks and failing to follow through with with any one thing. Folks that got here 1/2 an hour after me are leaving with their orders. It's really a shame because the employees are nice folks and they are working really hard, they just need some management and systems in place for days like this. Stopped by this location for the first time with the family after shopping. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful since my kids could not agree on what my husband and I wanted. lol The wings were excellent! Perfectly moist inside and crispy outside with a good amount of "kick". The kids got plain "tenders" and they were very happy :) The bleu cheese is authentic and superb!! The fries are also amazing and we were fighting over them. The rolls are fresh, warm and so so soft. Wingstop was a huge let down for me. I've always been loyal to Buffalo Wild Wings since the beginning of time! But, I had seen so much promotion of Wingstop and how good their wings were. I had to give it a try. I went to Wingstop and was not impressed by the image of the store. The store looked exceptionally cheap. The lady at the register who took my order was rude and treated me as if my business wasn't important which is an instant red flag to me on whether to bring my business back in the future. They didn't have as wide of a variety of wet and dry wings as I had hoped they would have. On the bright side, they weren't that many customers in the building (MESSAGE) which made it a quiet dining experience that I could enjoy in silence. Wings were okay but no where near as good as B-Dubs. Poor experience, but I will take it as a bad day. Will return and order another set of wings. Then I'll write another review on my experience. Service; first guys to attend to us was more concerned with his friend and a girl that came in than taking our order. On the other hand, another guy that attended to us when we were leaving was awesome. Very helpful, very welcoming, very hospitable. All in all, he was great. Due to that, and the food quality, this location earned 3 stars in my humble opinion. Had first service been better, and restaurant cleaner, could've easily hit 4 stars, maybe, may, even 5 stars. But they were seasoned well and the wings were really crunchy, just like I like them. They also tried pretty hard to clean up the tables. This place needs to be overhauled. First, there is no excuse for an order to be skipped 7 times. Second, I never received a receipt. Third, I've seen larger Chicken McNuggets. I essentially paid $12 for a ten piece McDonald's item. Fourth, was that pre-packaged coleslaw? I spoke to the general manager to express my disappointment. I barely told her about the first thing on my list before she started to offer me free food. She then told me that they are getting ready to roll out jumbo items to replace the current portions. Pretty good buffalo wing restaurant. We went here to watch the UT game as they have Longhorn Network. I was surprised that there wasn't a lot of people there.
