They were not greedy with the sauce, which is important to me, because I love saucy wings. The presentation was chefs kiss. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this has happened one too many times. I placed an order at Wingstop and yet again, items were missing. While I was there, a staff member was on the phone with another customer, explaining that if they returned their order, it could be remade suggesting there may have been an issue with that order as well. Quality control seems to be seriously lacking. I'm not asking for much, just the full order I paid for. It's frustrating because it's not just about the money, it's about the experience. THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST WINGSTOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are so dirty here! I placed an order last night for dine-in around 11 so pretty close to closing time which means the employees are also doing all there night time cleaning (cleaning the floor, cleaning/dumping the oil, cleaning the restrooms) mind you I only know these things because I worked at wingstop when I was younger. So my friend an I are sitting while waiting for our order to come out an I go to the restroom to wash my hands, I come back and sit, now at this point I'm just watching the workers. I'm seeing an older woman talking to these men and just going back and forth with them about 'being funny or funny looking' lol. I later come to find out she's the manager in training. And then I'm seeing another employee go outside and then come back in and bagging orders WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. so by this time I'm pretty much disgusted and no longer want my food. My friend goes to wash her hands in the mens restroom because the womens was closed due to it being cleaning. So I sent her a text letting her know what I was seeing. They brought her order an at that point we both decided that we wanted our refund (my food hadn't come out yet). So we go up and tell an employee that we wanted our refund and he goes & tells the manager in training what's going (mind you she was still talking to the guys) and she walks around an asks what happened. I told her "we would like our refund." And she asks why so I then say "I've been sitting here watching y'all make orders and y'all haven't been washing your hands" she then proceeds to chuckles and says "did y'all eat yalls food already?" I said no and she asks for my friends order very rudely. My friend hands her the order and the Manager in training walks to the food line grabs a trash can and starts dumping the food out infront of us which was honestly unnecessary an one of the employees walks by an asks her what happened and she started mocking us saying "we didn't wash our hands." In a snarky ass voice. What could have taken a few minutes turned into being 15 mins just going back and forth. Homegirl even went to the restroom to tell the GM what was going on, walked her way back to the front while touching the basket handles that were sitting about the fryers. I told her how nasty she was for doing that because once again SHE DIDNT WASH HER HANDS. Finally the general manager came to help and processed our refund within minutes. While doing that the manager in training finally walked her way to the sink that's near the food line and shouted "look I'm washing my hands" in a snarky voice an I shouted back. It's honestly upsetting how rude this woman was, the fact that she got so upset because we no longer wanted to eat our food because of the cross contamination. We had a horrible experience due to Melissa's attitude and lack of professionalism at the front counter / in the dining room, but garret was the saving grace in the entire situation. This location is ALWAYS hit or miss. Today was the day that really bothered me enough to write a review. We ordered online and were given the wrong flavors. The fries were burnt and unappetizing. Yeah I've had a bad experience at this location. I don't usually go to Wingstop as I find it to be too expensive for what I get but one day I decided to have it for lunch. I paid like 11 dollars for 6 wings or something of the sort so I was expecting a great meal. What I found in my carryout bag was the wings, in half decent condition; they were SOAKED in sauce but otherwise fried enough. THE FRIES are what really ruined my day and hurt my wallet, they were the bottom of the barrel fries including tiny baby ones with hard twisted ends. I usually tend to be quite positive about my reviews but since it's been a while since we got our order on time, I figured I would finally post my experience. Especially since I have given them plenty of opportunities to show that they have improved. I have had my orders right but once in a while. Sometimes it's little mistakes like: I don't get my ranch that I pay for or the seasoning on my fries is wrong. Nothing major. I always try to order online to make sure it's ready by the time I get there. But on average, I have waited at least 10 minutes past the promised time. Today, they were 20 minutes past the promised time (which is 40 minutes total wait time from the minute I put my order on the app). The food is always hot and good, but the timing isn't as great!
