Our order hasn't been ready at the promised time the last couple of times. I usually tend to be quite positive about my reviews but since it's been a while since we got our order on time, I figured I would finally post my experience. Especially since I have given them plenty of opportunities to show that they have improved. I have had my orders right but once in a while. Sometimes it's little mistakes like: I don't get my ranch that I pay for or the seasoning on my fries is wrong. Nothing major. I always try to order online to make sure it's ready by the time I get there. But on average, I have waited at least 10 minutes past the promised time. Today, they were 20 minutes past the promised time (which is 40 minutes total wait time from the minute I put my order on the app). The food is always hot and good, but the timing isn't as great! Called in my order at 8:51pm they told me it would be ready in 20min. Showed up and paid for my order at 9:28pm. Multiple people showed up AFTER me ordered and received their food before me. Checked the status on my order multiple times and they said it was coming out. I did not receive my food untill 10:30pm!!! Waited over an hour after I had already paid. When asked for a refund from the manager she stated "I can't refund you because the person who took your order has left for the night already." This is the location that we usually buy from. We will not be going back!!! The so called manager was horrible! We ordered 30 wings with the flavors and 20 wings came out barely cooked. The skin was still white and soggy and saturated in grease. Of the 20 wings, about 4 were undercooked. We even put them in the air fryer and the pictures below are after that. The manager wanted me to bring them back in so that he could look at them. Absolutely not! You have already messed up our order. I don't live close and I'm not driving back for you to look at them. When I told him no and that I will be calling headquarters, he then offered for me to send him pictures after I told him at the beginning that I had them. September 2018: This is my 3rd and last try at this location in the recent months. The management must have shifted to new or the current management/owner doesnt care anymore. The staff is not as friendly as they used to be, majority of the register and counter staff seem disinterested. Not one to leave bad reviews but will go to other locations over this one. To go orders are traditionally late, 30+ minute wait times from when order was placed. I understand things get busy but dont tell your customer that it will be "18 minutes." This Wingstop is the nearest my house and we come here regularly. We've never had a problem with service getting the right orders. I wouldn't recommend waiting too long to place a to go order or ordering for delivery because they get pretty busy and tend to get backed up. We come here about once a month and will continue to be regulars. read more

She didn't even know how to work her own POS system and couldn't take my payment because she didn't know what she was doing. This was everything I expected it to be - DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked, nice sized wings. Tried the app, and sat in my nice warm car to place my order. I took my time deciding on how I wanted my wings divvied up and sauced without holding up the line! (Ya, I'm THAT annoying person . But, see. It's been a couple of years since I'd been to Wingstop so I stopped around 10:45 on a Saturday night. I had placed my order online then drove to the restaurant. I only waited a couple minutes when I got to the restaurant but there were other customers waiting for refills who never got acknowledged. I checked the accuracy of my order and left. If I ever go back to Wingstop (and that's doubtful), it won't be this location. The fries were super salty and overcooked. Half of them couldn't be eaten because they were so hard. Same with the wings. The garlic Parmesan fries were just Parmesan. No garlic and the wings were overcooked to the point where at one point I thought I had broken a tooth! Looks like they've turned into another fast food restaurant that sacrifices quality of food and efficiency of employees in order to save a couple bucks. Always been a fan of wing stop but was super disappointed when visiting this location, stopped by after work to place a order and my card would not read on their machine, I understand all buisness have problems but they made it clear that they always have this problem with cards. The cashiers were as sweet as can be and even tried to get her manager to help, the manager came over tried to get it to swipe and handed me my card and walked away, did not say one word to me or apologize for The inconvenience or anything maybe Wingstop should upgrade to chip readers or just hire better managers. Normally this wing stops food is delicious and timely. Last night my bf and I were really craving some wings. We ordered by phone at 10:22. They said it would take 15 mins. Bf texted me at 10:44 while he was waiting for our order at the store and it still wasn't ready. He didn't end up getting our order til 10:50. Made it home by 11. Nearly 30 minutes later. Bf asked why it has taken 30 minutes and gets an apology from an employee. And as he was walking out, he hears the same guy say "that didnt take 30 minutes. ". YES IT DID. We ordered here this week and the food was horrible. The wings were over cooked and hard. My guess is they cooked them, they sat for a while, and then they cooked them again. The carrots were also limp and mushy. As soon as we realized the food was inedible, we called the restaurant to let them know. We called repeatedly, but no one would answer the phone. We assumed it was because football was on, so we decided to call again the next day. We called the next day to request a refund. We spoke to someone who said we needed to bring the food back. The food had been thrown away, but we told her we would get it out of the trash and bring it back. She then said we did not need to do that, and that the GM would call us. We did not get a call, so we called the restaurant again a couple of days later. We finally were able to speak to the GM. He stated that we could not get a refund without bringing the food back. We let him know what we were told by the employee. He again refused to refund us without the food being returned. We used to frequent this Wingstop regularly but we will never eat there again....it was that bad. read more
