What we ordered (receipt) versus what they gave us. Won't answer calls, app doesn't have an option to ask for money back.

Used the app for the order. Literally gave us someone else's food with my order ticket on it. Won't pick up the phone, won't answer, app doesn't make it possible to get a refund. Basically just stole money because the food they did give us from someone else has less than 1/4 of what we ordered.

Just a heads up this Wingstop, you do not go into a restaurant and must order online or on a kiosk. I ordered a took about 2 hours to receive. It was a busy day so I understand and they gave extra wings + sides so I appreciated that. The food came hot and they provided everything I wanted + more (as mentioned). Everything was nice and hot.

Love wingstop me and my girlfriend usually go to the one at Westlake, because I didn't know San Francisco built a Wingstop. This location is by the Bayview (Chase Center) area. We ordered through the website last night because it was raining and we weren't feeling well. We ordered 10 pc new flavor blazed and glazed. Tasted like BBQ and Honey 15 piece of lemon pepper 5 piece original hot 2 Louisiana Voodoo fries (one small, one large) Very filling and lasted until today!

The benefits of the location being sooo close. It's hot&fresh!!!! And Hella good! Lemon pepper wings, lemon pepper fries & plain wings were enjoyed!

    Dry ssa Parmesan Chicken wings

Terrible customer service! Chicken was dry so I asked for extra sauce and they tried to charge me the same price as ranch. No other wingstops has ever attempted to charge for sauce especially if they make it dry. I had no choice so I agreed to pay, so the manager went to the back and took forever, 10 maybe even 15 mins passed and he still didn't come out so I told the guy in the front to just cancel it and refund my money bc by then my fries and chicken were cold. The people in the facility were so rude and impatient! I will say the guy working the front was the only one that was helpful!

    My wrong order

Worst uber eats experience I've ever had. Placed an order just to wait 2 hours and receive somebody else's order - with their name scratched off - from a completely different restaurant. What I learned from one of the 3 different Uber Eats drivers I had was that somebody else had originally taken my food and that they had to remake it. The only thing I could assume was that the workers were too lazy so they took someone else's order, scratched their name off, and wrote my name on top of theirs just so they could clear the order. Also note that I tried calling the restaurant multiple times while I was waiting for my food and never received an answer.

Turned me away as I was walking in at 11:30 .(you close at 12) telling me that they do not except orders after 1130. Who is the boss the employees or the workers ? I openly told him I am leaving a bad review because of this. your employees are terrible .

I enjoy Wingstop boneless wings. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings along with lemon pepper and the buffalo style boneless wings via their website. I am a happy camper when my wings comes with ranch and honey mustard sauce.

The rustic/home style decor was very welcoming and it seemed that a lot of the folks knew the cashiers/barista! Some people even stopped by just to say hi and welcome back the barista that was on leave for a bit. I forget his name, but he was a lovely person to chat with! I ordered a Breakfast Burrito with Carne Asada ($12) and an iced latte with Oat Milk ($6). It took ~15-20 for my burrito but the latte came out within five minutes and was made fresh with Portrero Trade Operations coffee beans! While waiting, I ended up buying a bag of coffee beans with flavor notes that were so unique- "cola, tomato, and herbaceous". For $25 you get a whole pound of coffee beans, which most only offer 12oz now. Get a bag while you can! The breakfast burrito was served with one green and one red salsa plus a small bag of chips. The burrito was decently sized and very juicy. I was a bit sad to see that the cheese wasn't melted inside, but the fresh pico de gallo inside totally made up for it. The carne asada had a great bite to it and everything was seasoned well. The salsa verde was absolutely stunning. Not too acidic and just the right amount of spice to go with my burrito. I ordered for takeout, but next time I'm in the area I'm definitely going to consider dining in for the full experience.

The staff was nice enough and the ambience was much better than I expected based on the outside. The menu feels random but normal enough. They have your staples. I started with the fried brussels sprouts. They had a nice flavor to them, but a lot of pieces were flat out burnt. Honestly, I was too hungry to complain about it so I just ate it. I had enchiladas for my entree. They somehow reminded me of a great lasagna, but they were just OK as enchiladas. The ambiance is nice enough to warrant a return visit, but I'm not rushing to come back. Related: they only serve beer and wine so there's that

My partner and I ended up getting the margarita pitcher deal that came with 50 wings... (Hear me out). We got pretty tipsy off of the pitcher because the bartender put in a lot of tequila. So it's definitely worth it. We ate as much wings as we could, and saved the rest in our own Tupperware. There was a sign at the bar telling patrons that you couldn't take out any leftovers, but when we spoke to the bartender, he told us that Tupperware would be extra charge so we were lucky that we brought our own at that time. Now, the wings: Some of them were pretty dry. I'm assuming the bar would cook them before the happy hour rush and then they would reheat them with the sauces that people ordered. My partner, and I tried the buffalo, lemon pepper, teriyaki, and mango habanero. The mango habanero was spicy and sweet. I think that was our favorite. I was a little disappointed with the lemon pepper because it was really salty. And the other two were pretty mid. The staff was really nice. The vibes were pretty nice. We were early to the happy hour so there wasn't that much people and we also sat outside in the back patio, which was pretty cool. I could definitely see this bar being a very popular spot. I think if you come here with a big group of people and get the margarita pitcher with the 50 wings, it's a pretty good deal splitting it out with your friends. They have other deals as well where you would get a certain number of wings if you ordered a beer or a beer pitcher, etc. We just wanted to get as many wings as possible and get tipsy lol. I recommend this spot if you're meeting up with friends or had a long day at work.

The menu is above the cashier, so you just order and pay up front and get the receipt with your order number. They'll call the number out when it's ready. I think there's roughly 8-10 tables, if you decide to dine in. ***OUR PICKS*** We ordered 20 wings with 2 flavors. LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS ~ lots of pepper flavor but the lemon did not shine. And the chicken meat inside didn't seem marinated and tasted bland. It probably would be better if they added lemon juice after it was cooked or had given us some lemons to squeeze over the chicken before we dug in. 3.5/5 MANGO HABANERO CHICKEN WINGS ~ the sauce was spicy and tangy sweet, but it doesn't seem like they marinate their wings. It's only the sauce that gives the chicken flavor. 3.5/5 The wings aren't at all crispy. And flavor was ok and could have been better. But what was off-putting was the smell of the wings after we boxed it up and took it home! It had this gamey chicken smell as if it was old chicken. At least none of us got sick, but I'll think twice about revisiting.
