Ordered some Wingstop for National Chicken Wing Day as they were giving away five free boneless wings with a purchase. Opted for an order or 10 boneless wings in addition to the five. Ordered for delivery and it took about 10 min to get to me. Still warm and fresh upon delivery. Garlic parmesan - by far the best of the three flavors I got. Savory and tasty and not overly rubbed. Hawaiian - sweet, which was okay by me as I don't really like spicy. Tangy. Overly sauced. Hickory smoked BBQ - sweet and tangy with the slightest bit of heat. Overly sauced. While the order did hit the craving for chicken wings, I find that Wingstop wet wings are way too saucy, which makes them a bit unenjoyable to eat. I found that i was wiping off sauce off every wet wing so might just stick to dry in the future. read more

Worst uber eats experience I've ever had. Placed an order just to wait 2 hours and receive somebody else's order - with their name scratched off - from a completely different restaurant. What I learned from one of the 3 different Uber Eats drivers I had was that somebody else had originally taken my food and that they had to remake it. The only thing I could assume was that the workers were too lazy so they took someone else's order, scratched their name off, and wrote my name on top of theirs just so they could clear the order. I originally ordered delivery on their website (they use DoorDash). Everything was fine until we opened the bag and a box of combo wings were missing. I hate confrontation so this was a situation I was dreading to be in. Our DoorDash driver was no help and told us that the restaurant gave him only the one bag and nothing more. I then called Wingstop and they were immediately helpful. Not only did they compensate my order, but one of the employees remade and personally delivered our original order to our home in such a short amount of time. They also included 2 brownies to apologize for the inconvenience. The person who delivered mentioned our first order was supposed to come in 2 bags so I'm guessing the DoorDash driver enjoyed the other bag. To be honest, I was going to give up on this order, but Andres, the Wingstop employee, highly insisted on making things better and you bet I'm glad on listening to him. Now, I'm a fan of Wingstop, but If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Incredible unprofessionally. Now I understand, this is a wing stop, I unfortunately expect every time I go that they will get the order wrong. BUT when I called to get the order rectified, I was told the dasher just didn't give it to me. I ordered a VERY large order so when the dasher arrived, I brought a cart out to unload the car. I personally saw, there were no other bags in the vehicle. None of my sides arrived and none of the dips, just wings. I understand things happen but was informed they needed to reach out to the manager to get approval for a refund of what didn't arrive. As I ordered a party packs, I wanted to know how much was being refunded since individual items weren't ordered. I was told I would get a call back. I confirmed my number with them on the phone. I called THEM 5 hours later to follow up and they said "oh yes I'm sorry I forgot I will call you back in 20 mins". An hour later I called them back again and was told they were too busy to process my refund. I understand things get busy. BUT I paid money for food I didn't receive and this needs to be addressed before it's forgotten about again. I was told they would do it right now and call me back in 5 mins. Worst experience ever. From the second we stepped into the building the girl taking our order was very disrespectful. She was expressionless and had a horrible attitude as she was taking our order. The food took 30-45 minutes to be done. I came with a 6-person party and the last order was left on the to-go shelf intentionally. We asked for a refund, and explained the situation to the team manager who did nothing but allow his employees to continue disrespecting us. When we expressed our concerns he seemed to not have a care in the world. There are plenty Wingstop locations, so save your time with this one. I don't allow disrespect from anyone, so I confronted the disrespectful employees and I'll do it again. If you see a video on Facebook, that was me and I don't care. I've ordered delivery from here before and I was just glad to have a Wingstop close to our neighborhood. Today I ordered wings for the Super Bowl for my family and placed an order through the Wingstop App in the morning with a 12pm pick up time. I called to make sure that 12pm was still the promised time when they opened, because I know in the past other Wingstop locations had difficulty with game day orders. Got through right away on the call and the person said it was still promised for 12pm. We got out of the house late and didn't get there until 12:30pm. This location uses a shared kitchen model with other businesses, so upon getting there you have to check in and then robot servers bring the food to the humans who distribute the orders (no lie), so I was pretty amazed by the set-up. I checked in and the tablet said my order was not ready yet. The humans in front could not find my order either, so after a couple of minutes the manager came out and said he recognized my order and knew that it was completed. They could not find my order and it was probably given to another customer. However, the manager was extremely apologetic and from the get-go wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience, so he had already prepped a replacement order (only had to wait 5 minutes) and he adjusted the payment as an apology for the mix up. He also threw in some brownies too for free even though I didn't ask for them. Overall, I appreciate this location due to its convenience and innovative business model but also the amazing customer service especially on this super busy day. Thank you so much! read more

Super convenient... I ordered online. They texted me a link to a locker when the order was ready. When you walk in the restaurant, you press the locker number on your phone and the locker opens - with your food inside. You'll walk in and out in 1 min. Only thing is you can't choose your drink online because it says self serve drink, but there is no drink machine to serve yourself.... They just gave me a lemonade with my order. I didn't mind. This place is awful. I put in a personal order and the estimated pick up time was 20 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later and waited another 40 minutes and my food still wasn't ready! They said I could speak to the manager who's only answer was, that they were really backed up. The staff there have no answers, horrible customer service.
