If I remember correctly this is a ghost kitchen type place. I only ordered from this location because I had some kind of coupon code and it was easier to drive here than the market street or locations south of sf. Otherwise, I prefer going to locations with real people at the cash register. Overall they got the order correct. The wings tasted just like wings you'd get at a normal wingstop location. I would only go here with another person (one person goes in, one person stays in the car) because the area is kinda sketchy. We ordered the 30 piece boneless crew pack. This is my go to Wingstop, but they are not consistent and the way they serve the food one day you can get some perfect boneless wings. The next day you can get some dried out wings some days you can get some nice fresh corn with lots of Parmesan on it like you asked for and some days you can get overcooked corn that's dried out and un eatable, it really really depends, even though I constantly always ask for extra Parmesan or fresh this or fresh that I noticed that it's never ever really acknowledged, especially through DoorDash, which is what I normally order through Because it's not a Dine in spot but they could really work on their customer service and follow instructions on what you request when you make your order other than that my experience with this location has been pretty well. I can call and ask them to make sure they follow the instructions from DoorDash. Does that work always NO!!! lol but it's good that they do answer their phone. read more

Fortunately, the food gods were merciful and our order of wings came at the expected time. Ordered 75 wings (garlic parm, lemon pepper and spicy korean) with an order of parmesan and regular fries. Having tried a lot of fast food buffalo wing places, Wingstop sits below average. The flavors were okay, but the wings themselves had very little meat and was primarily crispy skin. Wingstop Downtown!?!? In the SoMa? Next to/behind the EndUp? Yeah, this place is going to be HOT since to its close by neighbors who live in residential, a few bars, and is downtown. I ordered online since I saw ads online saying they have a new location so I definitely had to come by for a vibe check. It looks and smells like Wingstop! I ordered one thing and came a little 5 minutes after I received a text saying it was ready to be picked up. There is a very large counter you walk up to and pick up or order your food. I didn't explore much into the building to see if there were any seating areas, but there was a parking lot for food pick ups/delivery service providers. A couple of bites into my meal and I'm so relieved to say that it's pretty legit. My food remained warm when I returned home (I walked). I'll update this review after investigating whether or not they've got indoor seating and when I actually order wings. I'll definitely be back once my cravings kick in! Yay. read more

Whenever I am craving wings, Wingstop is my go to spot! I order from here at least once a month and I've always had consistently good experiences with my food delivery. We usually get the 20 piece wings, lemon pepper and original hot, as well as a side of fries. This location definitely does not skimp on the seasoning unlike other Wingstop locations I've been to. Every wing is crispy and coated nicely with the seasoning or sauce. We also get the chicken sandwiches which are also always bomb! Last chicken sandwiches we got, the chicken was bigger than the buns. They also follow my instructions for well done fries. My partner and I usually order in the late evening (around 9-10pm) and sometimes the delivery time can take 40-50+ mins but honestly always worth the wait! The only issue I have at times is they sometimes give 90% drums or 90% flats, and other times 50/50. I am personally a fan of drums so I don't mind whenever we get mostly drums but I do get bummed out when it's primarily flats but that's a personal problem lol :(. This is probably the only inconsistent thing about this Wingstop but other than that we typically have a great experience ordering from here! read more

After I submitted my order, I get a confirmation that 150 wings and fries are on its way to be delivered at 145pm. I attempted to call their phone number over 6 times and no answer. Finally someone suggested that I call Door Dash. Door Dash was able to contact someone in their Georgia customer service. They (Door Dash and the customer service rep ) said they would cancel my order. Well, the driver delivered the wings, I did not take my order and gave the driver a tip. Going to call my credit card company today to get a credit on my credit card. I never had their wings and the staff was excited to have it on Thursday.
