I've been coming here to Wingstop for quite sometime in the past few years. Everyone knows it's my favorite place and I'm a regular so as I walk through the door they know what I want. The people there are super friendly. It's a clean place as well. I prefer mild but I have had most of the flavors excluding atomic. I've rarely been disappointed in the food quality, I always get boneless. In fact, sometimes they throw in a few extra wings which is always a plus. The fries are amazing, I always hear how people enjoy their fries so try them out for sure. The price is actually really good compared to most places. I get full off of 10 wings by themselves. It was the first time my husband and I had Wingstop so we thought we would give it a try. We ordered online and found it really easy. When my husband and son went to pick up our order, they said it was packed and there were several angry customers. My husband had to wait a extra 30 minutes for our order, but we wanted to pass it off to being the weekend. I will start by saying the fries are good. I enjoyed the sauce, especially the new sweet chili sauce. However the wings were very bland. Once you get passed the sauce, the wings were tasteless. I wait 20 minutes to get there just for them to tell me that someone took the order. They told me they can remake it but 15 minutes later said "We can't remake it so you ask for a refund it". Last night we ordered $85 worth of food and a $10 delivery and a $10 tip for the driver. We received our food after an hour and a half of waiting. We payed for 2 large ranch's which are $5 each and received 4 of the small ranch's. When we called to ask if someone could bring us what we paired for she said they couldn't send another driver out and could not refund a partial refund for only the ranches. We then tried to call again last night before they closed and were on hold for 30 minutes. Then went into the store and the manager was extremely rude and didn't give any compensation or gave an apology. Wings without ranch is not good. The managers behavior was unacceptable. I suggest if you visit this store, make sure you check your order, before leaving the store. I say this because, I ordered 12 garlic Parmesan classic wings. I did not discover the mistake until I got home. I called the store, and a gentleman who identified himself as the manager on duty says, I can bring the wings back, and I will have to wait a full wait. I was unsure what that meant so, I asked. He says, you will wait 18 minutes! I thanked home for his time, and wrote this review in hopes of saving someone 40.26 and a bad experience.
