As I was placing my order, I was watching the kitchen and a woman dropping the wings into the fryer, from a bag, dropped some wings on the floor, she started to pick them up and put them into the fryer, until she saw me watching her, they then went into the trash. Went here for a business lunch with a large group one day last year and loved it. We had enough of us that we could order several baskets with different flavorings and spice levels. The Atomic was the bomb, but so was the Cajun. The Teriyaki and Hawaiian were good too. But the Atomic makes you sniffle and tear. Outrageous. Fries were pretty good. I was at work and had ordered meals for my whole training team. We picked up the meal at about 12:45 PM. It was about 10 meals..I returned to my job & I realize that one of the orders was missing along with two drinks. I called Wingstop back, spoke with a man, and he said that he would write it down, or let somebody know. On the window of the building, it states it accepts Bocat Bucks and that's all I had at the time because we are all college students on a budget, however, once I reached the establishment they said they were not accepting this form of payment that was clearly on the window. I even called to ask if it was an acceptable payment and was told yes only to show up and pay for food out of pocket due to their machine's unreliability. I would never have ordered the food if I would have known it was coming out of pocket. Now I spent money I had no intention of coming out of pocket for, and if a responsible establishment states it takes a certain form of payment especially on the front window they need to stick to it or not post it up for the customers to see. I love wingstop but lately I haven't been able to get anyone to answer the phone to place an order. I usually use the app, but everytime I place an order it says they won't deliver or even let me place an order to carry out, so I try to call. When I call I never get an answer, I'm beginning to think they're just closed all the time. I tried calling tonight and never got an answer. I have never had issues with this location until today. There were three people in my group, all with relatively simple orders- I mean, the menu isn't that big in the first place. As soon as I started to order, the woman made a sassy hand motion at me and said "can you slow down?" in the worst attitude. All I had said was, "Hi, could I please get..." before she interrupted me. I've always been, "meh" on wings. Seems more like an appetizer to me, but oh well. I've been here a few times after going out in San Marcos with some friends. I usually get the 10 piece, they'll ask if you want to add 5 wings for a few extra bucks, I usually do it. Tereyaki, Lemon Pepper, And Original Hot are my flavors of choice and i tend to get boneless. Just personal preference GET THE FRIES, they're so yummy. That and an ice cold soda+a fresh roll or two completes it. The people here are nice, never had any problems and the place it self is very clean, the walls have a rusty look to it though.
