To be fair, I can't complain about the wings here. The times I've visited this location, the wings have been consistent with other Wingstop locations. However, I didn't get to the wings during my visit tonight. My friends and I drove a half hour from San Luis Obispo, craving wings and knowing that this particular location is open till midnight, 7 days a week (as advertised on the internet and on their own door). We arrived at 10:30 pm, only to find a hastily made paper sign on the door saying "sorry we're closed". Inside the lights were still on, and the employees were standing around talking to each other and laughing at us as we were standing outside trying to figure out where to go next. Closing an hour and a half early is one thing, but the employee reactions were unacceptable. I don't know if there was a legitimate reason for closing early or if the employees just wanted to go home, but the rudeness we experienced is enough to have me take my business elsewhere in the future. I'll just have to wait until I'm back in Long Beach for my regular Wingstop location. read more

A poor man's Buffalo Wild Wings...Wingstop tries its best but always falls short. Been to this location three times and each time the quality of the food has sunk to new lows. We have gone to this Wing Stop many times without issues. Our order was usually correct, but not this time. Apparently Wing Stop has decided it no longer includes Ranch Sauce with a veggie order. That would be fine if we were told this. I don't mind paying for something that is not included. But to not even be told that there is no ranch when you are ordering two veggie trays is wrong. There is nothing worse than having your order ruined by such a small petty thing. We won't return or recommend Wing Stop again. All were very good, we got the original hot and atomic (we like spicy food). The atomic was nasty it was more sweet than hot not recommended. The original hot was awesome and all 3 types of chicken were yummy, and not greasy and cooked to perfection. Ranch and blue cheese were yum, so were the french fries and carrot sticks. I'm a frequent visitor of Buffalo Wild Wings, so I came here on my way down from Paso Robles to make a comparison. Overall, the ambience and setup of this location was not great--The tables were so close together that there was not enough room for two people to sit at neighboring tables. The lady that took my order was nice enough. I much prefer the atmosphere at BWW, personally. The wings themselves were good--They were very saucy, which I personally like. I tried the traditional hot and the smoky BBQ sauces. The BBQ sauce was very good, but the traditional hot sauce smells so potently of vinegar that it made it hard to eat. We found that the boneless wings were not crispy enough, while the bone in wings were almost a little too crispy. That, too, could be variable. Comparing to BWW, I would say I like BWW's traditional hot sauce better, but the BBQ sauce at WingStop was superior. On a side note, the fries were well seasoned and tasty! I would probably come back if I wanted wings to go, but I would likely not eat in again. read more

Went to wing stop the other day and there were around 15 people waiting for there food. That was the first red flag. Then there was no real line so I had to go in front and order. One of the workers told me that there was an HOUR AND A HALF wait. The staff seemed to just be standing around most of the time. There was only one real worker who was doing there job. So I tried ordering online but it said it was closed for some weird reason. There is a reason why people order online; to NOT wait for food inside. The staff really needs to be rearranged, maybe fire some people. The atmosphere is horrible in this place. It's basically just a small room where everyone has to eat and order there food. I don't know why they can't just relocate to somewhere more spacious, like Buffalo Wild Wings. The only good thing about this place is the food. There wings are pretty decent. read more

Yes this is a chain but i am still giving it 4 stars based on a few things: 1. It is the ONLY wing place in the area 2. It gives a military discount 3. The service is nice and the place is clean 4. Unlimited drinks The food is basic and the wings are small compared to other places but they have good flavor. Their is only one bathroom which is ok because they keep it pretty clean but this place is small so only go in small groups. They have a few tvs if you want to watch a game. Over all an ok place to get wings if you are craving them. Oh if you want cheese fries ask for it on the side not only will you have extra but you will be glad your fries aren't soggy in the end. Also get the fries lightly salted because they have a heavy hand some times. You can also get two different flavors in one order like taking an 8 piece and making half parmesan and half Cajun. We looked for a place to get wings after beeing introduced to buffalo wild wings by a friend a few nights ago. So we checked wingsstop out. It's basically a Mc Donalds for wings. You go in, place your order at the counter and you wait till your name is beeing yelled (for us it took about 15 minutes...) The wings were disappointing. The parmesan wings were a joke! They fried it and at the end they sprinkled some parmesan over. No comparison to the garlic-parmesan wings @ buffalo wild wings. We tried as well the mild ones, which were suuuuper mild. You could even say bland. All in all, okay if you want some mediocre wings. I would neither recommend this place to friends nor go out if my way to go there again. Waited over 35 mins and still my "small combo" (fries and 6 wings) still weren't done. Finally just asked for a refund cause didn't want to wait any longer! Don't waste your money. I am a huge wing fan and most of the time it's pretty hard to screw them up. But somehow, a place specializing in wings has figured out a way to do it. My wife and I have been twice and both times our wings were way over cooked and had hardly any sauce on them. This place is my Sunday usual. I always get the 50wing family deal. I am not sure if this is the only place to get wings but sure seems like it. There wings are decent quality, much better than the garbage wings you get at pizza hut and Dominoes. They got a list of wings from mild to Spicy, and it is the good spicy hot that makes your nose run . And my wife loves the garlic parmesan. The building is always cramped and crowded, so you are much better off ordering to go. Their fries are really good too. They do have days when they get carried away on salt. I got my first bad review for my delivery wait time even though I contacted the customer.There was so many online orders and every one of them took way longer then expected. The only positive thing I can say about my experience today is the lady at the register was nice and the food is okay. They said the walk in wait time was 40 minutes but I'm sure they made them wait longer when they got to the store. My advice if you are planning on eating here is to call 2 hours before you want to eat and I repeat DO NOT accept doordash orders from here!! HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES!
