Hands down best wings in town! & the fries are amazing!! Definitely my go to spot when im wanting some good wings.

I LOVE the Wingstop chain; however, this is hands down the absolute worst location. I frequent several throughout southern / central CA, and have frequented others in several others in various states I've lived. This location lacks consistency (of food preparation and customer service), sometimes forgets to start online orders, and has left me on hold in excess of 15 minutes multiple times (and then hung up on me). My order is never complex, but 9 times out of 10 is still wrong. If there were another within 30 miles, I would absolutely go that distance to patronize that location. I'm not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but now that they're right across the street - you may as well just go there. At least you'll get half decent service and exactly what you order. That's a lot more than I'm used to getting from this location of wingstop. Also, I've complained to corporate about these issues in the past. They sent me gift cards that this location won't honor. read more

When you do get through they'll tell you to show up at a certain time, but plan on it taking an additional 20 to 30 minutes after they told you to show up to get your order. Kid working says my order will be ready in 10 min. 10 minutes turned into 50 min. Apparently there was 2 of the same name and they didn't even bother to check on the distinction of which order was mine. Another girl said they'd check on the status of my order, never even said anything because most likely they never even bothered to check their online orders. I'm guessing the most likely placed my order randomly in the middle. And the front cashiers are cringe trying to flirt with each other, instead of keeping orders in line. Orders are taking over 3 hours to complete, some folks waiting hours and being told "just another 15 minutes" several times. I was standing at the counter as there were no lines and just 20-25 customers crowding around waiting. Several orders were complete and on the baker's rack waiting. They did nothing until a customer asked them to yell out the names of the completed orders. When people got those, they were cold. They issued at least a dozen full refunds in the hour I was standing there. Staff didn't care to engage with the angry crowd, but rather ignore us and go about their business as if they had all the time in the world. No sense of urgency that the business was losing hundreds of dollars that night. No cares at all. No supervisor around on a holiday weekend. I used the app to purchase original and teriyaki wings. I just wanted to get an idea of what Wingstop provided. First off The app was easy to navigate and it's menu and ordering was a breeze. The original hot is my favorite,they have several different flavors wich is nice because you can try all of them at once if you wanted. The fries are amazing! I love the sprinkled sugar on them.
