Just so inconsistent. They used to be so awesome. I don't know what happened but now almost every time I pick up an order, something is wrong with it. Also I called yesterday at 2pm and asked what time they closed and the girl that answered said they were closing at 8pm. My friend ordered 35 wings for the 2 of us. Way too many!!! We had the original hot and the garlic parmesan wings with celery and rum baked beans. The beans were way too sweet and we hardly touched them. The celery was fresh, clean and crisp. I liked the original hot the best and they were good with ranch dressing. Overall the wings were pretty good but nothing spectacular. Definitely a lil pricey for wings. Dinner was $28 for wings?? Granted we did order a few too many but even if we didn't, these are expesive wings. read more

I always call in my order because when frying wings it may take a few.... I also recommend getting the family packs it just makes more sense than ordering individually the nice part is you can choose between bone in or bone out with a variety of options of flavors you definitely have a choice for anyone's taste buds it comes with fries and veggie sticks with your favorite sauce I always like to ask for extra veggie sticks I'm gonna car about on some fried wings I could cut back on the fries there is seating in there maybe like eight tables. I'm a regular. Love bone wings. Today I wanted 8 wings atomic. They were not able to accommodate my order. Told the cashier "well lost my business for today". The Reply was a very unpleasant and sarcastic " Have a nice life then". I'm a simple person and because of such if I come in and see the same cashier, whether cooking or cashiering, I will not purchase anything. This Wingstop location is awesome! They can sometimes be busy, but the staff is always smiles and the atmosphere is great! I defensively recommend getting the boneless.(especially on Mon-Tues for $.60) Great place to go with friends! read more

Worst services ever. Was I there for almost an hour until I got my order when I was told it would only take about 20 mins. They called other orders that came after my order first. Some where even bigger than my order. Staff was not helpful at all and did not even seem to care I was there so long. I will not be ever going back. The food was super gross today. Chicken wasn't fully cooked in the middle. The fries tasted old. The oil in the store smells like it never gets changed. So Wingstop, what are you going to do about these negative reviews? They were born out of ridiculous long wait times, poor service, and poorly trained employees. Your food is good when it is prepared properly. I had a catering business for many years and have some experience in these matters. Close for a day or 2 and COMPLETELY reorganize and retrain. I have been to your restaurant 5 times in the last 3 months (what was I thinking?) And the situation is not improving. The guy across the street could put you out of business if you do not act now! DO NOT accept the refund! You'll never get your money back. I ordered on Jan 2 and after waiting over two hours for my food we decided to go somewhere else after they said it would be another 45. And that's not including the hour and a half we waited after placing our order online and before going to the store. They said my money will be back in my account in 3-5 days. The worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered online (the only option right now) at 8:20pm. It said it would be ready by 9:26pm. We got there at 9:20. People started piling up and by the time we got our food, at 9:45, there were about 25 waiting. Maybe put a limit on how many online orders you will take for one night? I really love their chicken wings here. They are super crispy and they cook it perfectly. I wouldnt think twice about going to any other joint in town. Honestly, do come here. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings because of the quality of the wings. Takes longer to get your food, but you can order online or by phone. If you're dining in, there's very little seating (about 14-16 seats). Any negative experience I've ever had here is easily overcome by the wings. read more

Customer service wasn't the worst, but it definitely wasn't any where near great. The cashier asked for our order and as we're talking interrupts us to say, "Let's start with your name." then asked us to start over.... Why not lead with that? After we paid we were quoted a 24 min wait time to get our food (wtf, that's ridiculous!) at the 30 min mark I go up to check on our food and they said, "It'll be 3 more mins, the wings are cooked but they still need to sauce them". I exclaimed "but it's been 30 mins, you're not making a 5 star gourmet meal". 3 waiting customers heard my complaint and said, "30 min wait for wings? Nah, I'm out" and they left. Finally, our name was called 9 mins later to get our food which was subpar at best. Total wait time 39 mins for 20 wings, fries/veggie sticks. #lastwingstoptogetmymoney.... One final note, there's a handwritten message on a chalkboard that says, "Give us a 5 rating on Yelp and get a free brownie, MUST SEE RATING" this is totally against Yelp's rules. read more

When I was in the restaurant, waiting in line I literally witnessed a large african american female employee lick every single one of her fingers and then reach into a cabinet, pull out a bowl of raw wings and start to prepare the food. This is in plain site with customers in the store, in range of watching this. Negative stars for customer service. Ordered a total of 70 wings for a work shift, went to pick them up on the way into work, turns out they hold orders over 50 wings to "verify", claimed they tried to call the number on the order and it was "disconnected" (it's not). The worst part about this story is the fact that someone that looked like a manager was in the background, did not say one word to me, did not come to apologize, did not try to make it right, nothing. Just the poor teenage cashier who didn't know what to say. I was trying to bring food to my crew (we're Military--a midnight shift at an ops center), I was in uniform en route to base, and I got no recognition at all from the manager that this order I had placed online was never processed. It seems like they can't keep up with orders, possibly due to the fact that they have new employees every month or so? I love their wings, but they're not worth a 40-50 minute wait. Wingstop is obviously known for their wings. They have a great sauce selection, and their fries are tasty. That is if I could get them. Every single time I come to Wingstop, they are out of french fries. I don't ever even start ordering when I get to the counter, I just ask if they have fries. Ordered our meals through online ordering and what a nightmare! Their site is confusing and not user friendly in the slightest. After a 35 minute wait to pick up, we walked into the disorganized mob in front of the register. Waited 5 minutes for the cashier to get off the phone, while in the back a brunette employee unintentionally splashed a wave of hot oil onto her hands and stomach.
