I love Wingstop. The workers are usually always chill. And it's pretty reliable. Happy to find that there was a wing deal for 30 for $30. Which is a great party pleaser. I think my only quip with this location is that the base doneness is a little less crispy than other places. So might recommend getting it well-done if you prefer a more crispy skin. read more

Second time I have ordered and had part of order missing. When I call them they say come and pick up item even though I got delivery. When I tell them to refund me they say the manager isn't there and can't do that. This is the 2nd time. Feels like a scam. Food is hit and miss. Loved going there then suddenly the chicken sandwiches were always burnt. The door dash deliveries from this place, HORRIBLE . Customer service does nothing. I spoke to the manager about the quality,and he said the freezer makes ice on the meat and just the outside gets burnt, the inside is fine to eat . After many complaints a guy named Rob called and said they wanted to offer me a free chicken sandwhich meal, the issue with the freezer had been fixed. I had a completely unacceptable experience at the Wingstop on Pico today. I walked in, paid for my order with one female employee, and while preparing my drink, I picked up my food from the counter. Another short male with a hat on employee immediately and aggressively accused me of not paying and began yelling that I needed to be charged again and to hand him my receipt He continued raising his voice and arguing with a female coworker, insisting I had never paid all before actually checking the system. Once it was confirmed that I had already paid, the yelling and disrespect still continued. This was humiliating as a customer and disturbing to witness as an employee interaction. I went to the counter to let Byron Garcia know calmly that I had ordered fries, not veggies. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, Byron seemed confused and I had to repeat myself three times. He then gave me attitude before taking back the veggies and telling the cashier that I had asked for fries instead, as if the error had been mine. When he returned with the fries, he put them in my bag and told me to "be more honest next time," implying that I had lied. That comment was completely uncalled for and felt disrespectful. The situation could have been a simple, quick fix, but the way he handled it made me very uncomfortable. I even attempted to cancel my order, but he ignored me and walked away. I ended up taking my food home because I no longer felt comfortable dining in and by the time I got home, the food was cold and dry. It's unfortunate because the restaurant itself has a nice vibe, but Byron's customer service completely ruined the experience for me. I don't plan on returning to this location. read more

Therefore expect to wait at least 20 minutes for them to prepare your food, and even longer if you want the chicken bits well done. They are like In N Out because the chicken is always medium rear and pink in the inside. The soda fountain is often not working except if you want Coke products. You get what you ordered. My boyfriend and I decided to come to this Wingstop location after a day hike and ordered the 15 piece Meal for 2. Now, our food was secured per COVID protocol, no problem with that. However, after we got home and opened our order, we found we did not have the correct wing amount and none of the requested lemon pepper seasoning on our fries. Upon calling the business to speak to a manager, we spoke to an employee by the name of Issac. Issac reported the manager to be named Esteban or Huey. Issac said the order could be fixed upon coming back to the store, however, we simply wanted our money back. We drove back to the store and were met by shift leader, Anthony and an unnamed female worker. We ordered online and had to pay ahead, which is understandable because COVID. However, the restaurant didn't provide us with a print receipt when we picked up the order (I understand receipts are sent via email, however, a print receipt is always good for situations like this AND other Wingstop locations have provided both an email and print receipt to us). When trying to request a refund with Anthony, he reported the regional manager, Yomana Castro was the only person that could issue refunds for the store. He advised us to call corporate. They repeatedly asked us for a receipt (which we provided the one received via email) but still stated they couldn't give a refund. Also, they couldn't even find our original receipt in their system. Now, despite our justified upset, Anthony tried to work with us. He provided us with new fries, new wings (not exactly what we ordered originally), and a brownie. However, what I don't appreciate is the patronizing attitude coming from the staff at the register, especially the unnamed female. This is the closest Wingstop near me so basically, it's my go-to Wingstop. It was a normal Friday night. I placed my order online for a "Crew Pack" and waited about 20ish min; which is normal for this location and expected. Once I get to Wingstop, my order is ready and I grab it and drive back home. At home, I open the bag to find they completely forgot to give me 8 wings. All I had in the bag they gave me was 22 wings, fries, veggies, and sauce. My fiance gives them a call to let them know that we are missing part of our order. The worker that picked up the phone and after listening to my fiance tell them that part of our order was missing began to make excuses after he found the last part of our order. The first excuse was that we must have forgotten to pick up the second bag (we were handed only one bag). If I knew it came in two bags I would have picked up the second bag. The worker's next excuse was that Doordash forgot and we would have to talk with them. I'm unclear why I would have to talk with Doordash if I picked up my food. I don't see how they are able to help if they weren't involved in the first place. My only options were to talk to corporate and try to get my money back or drive back and pick up the bag that they forgot to give me. I got back to the restaurant and told them my name and asked for the rest of my order. This is the same worker that handed me only one bag. He started to look around at all the to-go orders and proceeded to hand me a bag. I thanked him and walked back to my car. I opened the bag this time and in the bag was a box of fries and a giant tub of the ranch. I had to go back in again and tell them this was not right and I was looking for 8 wings. I placed an order online. Order # 1325718109 Called back to speak to the manager in charge because a few items on my order were wrong. I ordered corn that had to have cajun seasoning and did not.
