I'll pretend to ignore all the sanitation and cleanliness reviews I'm reading but based on the wings alone, they were fabulous. I literally downloaded this app JUST to tell anyone visiting this place that STACY is one of the best and hard working employees that I've come across thus far. The place was beyond packed and a lot of customers were clearly impatient yet Stacy handled every person the same even going out of her way to help with my friends needs like more napkins, sauces and what made the experience better for me personally, was regardless of how busy it was Stacy washed her hands and followed perfect protocol. I worked in fast food for a long time and that was always a big deal to me. Especially more so now then ever with COVID. I appreciate her dedication at her job and I truly hope that the employees know that she is a huge asset to the company. I am forever grateful to the crew here at this Wingstop. I placed an advance order for Super Bowl weekend this year and accidentally set the pickup day to Saturday instead of Sunday. They were completely swamped with orders and customers when I walked in a couple of hours before the game to pick up my order, but instead of giving me attitude about my mistake they said they'd take care of it. This is one of the few wingstop a in the West LA/Santa Monica area that is consistently good. If I'm going to spend $10+ on wings, I want them to be good. And they are. Other Wingstop locations you'll get the wings undercooked or way over cooked, or not the amount you paid for, but this location hasn't suffered those problems. I had placed a online order for EXTRA CRISPY flats and came to pick up my order the extract estimated time the online order said it would be ready and when I got home to eat my food I see I have very stale rolls that were supposed to be fresh and they were thin. The wings I ordered were not crispy at all they were also drenched in sauce and I had to put them in the oven when I got home. I'm very disappointed because I called the location after looking at my order when I got home and they told me the manager would call me the next day. I ended up having to call the manager and he acted like there was nothing he could do for me. He said he would call me in a few hours instead of handling the situation right then and there. It had already been a day pass. I will not be spending my money at wing stop anymore. I try to give them a chance and majority of the times I have gone I have gotten nasty food. Zero Covid-19 protocol at this location. The women working the register had no idea what she was doing. She refused to keep her mask on while talking to us and would not exchange our order that the previous customer had opened and TOUCHED WITH HIS BARE HANDS. And missing the honey mustard dip. We called and someone from our house had to go and pick them up. How hard is it to put an order in a bag from a computer print out? Absolute dump of a place with terrible costumer service. My order was wrong from the start, one of the employee's in the back was working without his mask or gloves on in front of his manager. At one point I witnessed him takeout the trash come back and not even properly wash his hands. When packing up the to-go orders he would pick up food at face level to put it in the bags. When I canceled my order and asked for a refund the manager was quick to point that they had cameras and that they would talk to the employee, but when I asked for the district managers number she was hesitant and replied that she would also have a talk with them later that day(she never gave me the #).
