I contacted restaurant for order over the phone. I was willing to pay in advance however the restaurants state don't take orders over the phone. The website stated order over the phone, please see the attached screenshot. I advise the gentleman over the phone do not want to eat inside or come inside and order and wait 15 minutes. I ordered ten wings in mild sauce cooked extra crispy. The extra crispy part wasn't me being demanding. It's actually an option to pick when placing an order. I got them home, opened the to go container, and discovered my wings were sitting in 3/8 of an inch of fryer grease. There was so much grease in there that it was stripping the sauce off of my wings. I had to take them out and dry them on paper towels. They were gelatinous and awful. I will not be ordered from Wingstop again. read more

I went here with some friends, his wings were hard and didn't taste good so he tried to get them changed. The worker there told him if he wanted to get them changed he had to pay for them. This restaurant left a lot to be desired in the means of customer service. We stopped in here and the gentleman taking our order kept checking his phone, after taking our order and continuing to look at his phone, he went into the back to help the people making the wings, did not wash his hands and did not put gloves on. Food is excellent. It has a good variety of sauces to choose from. Staff was nice. We had to wait a while for it to be ready, they seem to be set up more for takeout orders. They didn't have a garbage in the dining area which I why I think they're more for takeout. Will recommend and go back. read more

OMG went to Wing Stop and order the 50 piece combo meal for the family and I can say we had leftovers the boneless wings there are huge and worth the money I paid for it. I have order wings from other places like Buffalo Wild Wings and pizza place and I can say I will be going to Wing Stop more to get my wings even if we are going to have pizza night with wings. Don't bother!! First dining experience we had here we were the only people in the restaurant and they left us sitting for 40 minutes before they admitted that they forgot to cook our food. Needless to say we weren't happy and spoke to the manager. He apologized and offered us a coupon for 5 free wings and a free 6 piece chicken meal. Fast forward a couple months we decide to give them another shot. We called in our order for take out. Ordered 10 wings and the 5 free wings per our coupon. My husband goes to pick them up and comes home to find they shorted us. In stead of 15 we got 12!! I called them to have the Manager tell me they were really busy and things were currently "all messed up" since they had new employees. I realize that good help is hard to come by in this city, but you can't find people that can count to 15?!? Additionally, if you're the manager and know your crew is struggling, you should be checking every order that goes out. I could have went to McDonalds and got the same thing. the counter guy was ok tables are dirty, I got the 10pc boneless wings half Louisiana rub and the other Garlic Parmesan. I really want to love this place, but there is just a bad vibe. The food is ok but the staff leave something to be desired. Every time I am there, there always is one of the employees friends or group of friends that are standing at the counter just hanging around. That seems to be more important than any sort of customer service. They stand around and gossip and are disruption to the dining service. They are a rough looking crew anyway and this doesn't help. It surely doesn't lend itself to a family atmosphere. Manager, please tell your friends and your employees friends to take it up somewhere else. This shouldn't be a place for them just to hang out. Bad Wings and bad Service. I ordered 6 traditional, 6 Cajon rub and 6 boneless along with fries and a drink online and arrived to pick up 10 min after the time it said they would be done and had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. The place was pretty much empty when I arrived and the elderly lady at the register who was training someone could not find my order for the longest time. Once I got in my car to leave I realized they forgot to give my drink. I went back in and very politely said that I believe she forgot my drink. There were a few people at the register and she told me "I don't believe you had a drink but here you go anyways" and handed me a drink cup. I felt embarrassed and ashamed like I was trying to get something for free so before leaving I showed another employee the online receipt and asked them to inform her of it to let her know that I wasn't lying. As for the wings, hardly any meat, tough skin and the boneless wings were the worst I've ever had. All cheap ingredients it seamed. Never going back. read more

Even one star is too many.....We ordered online on a Saturday night. We were told a twenty minute wait. We patiently waited our time and went to pick it up. We had to wait another 30 minutes in a busy lobby, got our food, went home and we were missing half the order. We called back to talk to the manager and were CUSSED at over the phone. When we went back in, the staff was apologizing because they were busy and acted like they hated that they were forced to actually do something. They dropped a ticket on the floor, moved the prep counter, picked it up and placed it over the food so the grime could drip onto the orders. When our food was finally ready, we checked the order before we left and they were still missing part of our order. It was horrible horrible service!!! Please do not waste your frustration on this place, Sioux Falls has plenty of better places to eat!! Do not go here! read more
