We ordered the woodfired chicken wings, a rotisserie chicken, which is accompanied with mashed potatoes and cornbread, and my husband also ordered a cup of corn chowder. The chicken wings I thought were delicious. The flavor is smoky and pepper. Not your traditional wing, but it includes the drumstick and the wing. You get six in total. It comes with blue cheese and ranch. My husband did not care for the wings. He thought they had too much of a pepper taste. My only concern was they were not served hot. When you take a bite of rotisserie chicken, and then you need to take a drink before taking your next bite of food, you know it is dry. When in Rome do as the Romans do. When in Sioux Falls Falls do not ROAM to this restaurant. I would not come back to this restaurant. I would give it 2 stars for the food. However, Darla was our waitress and she was very kind and attentive. She gets a five star rating. But the good service does not balance out the awful food.

I've been a fan of Wingstop even before coming to Sioux Falls and the Sioux Falls location doesn't disappoint. Wings are fresh, better cooked than Bdubs and way cheaper too - almost half the price. We get a to go order here at least once a week. The family favorites are the lemon pepper and the louisiana rub. Also the fries are a must try which has some sugar i think and garlic salt. Yummy. The staff is pleasant and very eager to please. It doesn't hurt that they have a coke freestyle since my kids love the fancy machine. My only gripe is the lack of parking during weekdays since the other two businesses on the strip are also busy. Still a fast take out when you call. read more

So today for lunch I ordered wing-stop online. I drive to the restaurant to pick it up and they were closed at 2pm on a Sunday (Their hours are 11-Midnight everyday) and it's my lunch break. So i call their customer support and request a refund and don't get lunch because I wasted my whole lunch break dealing with customer support. So I go on with my day at work and i'm finishing up my 10 hour shift. When I receive a call from Wing-stop asking if I would want my wings now at 9pm or a refund........ Like so you're still gonna make me pay for my food that was supposed to be ready 7 hours ago???? Very poor customer service. read more

Took little over 30 minutes to get our food for my wife and I and 2 boys and we dined in. Noticed estimated 10-12 orders get completed for door dash pickup before we even received our food. When we were leaving 3 more people came in and they we're told it would be estimated hour and a half if they wanted to get food due to online orders and it was first come first serve. Needless to say those people left. We will not go back again. This is the second time we had this issue. There was waste sitting on the counter from previous people waiting to get picked up because there wasn't a garbage can to put things in. read more

This is my favorite wings place in town. I like bdubs and wingstop but for classic wings wingstop cooks them better and is cheaper. The staff is friendly, not overly friendly but always polite. I've been going here since it opened and i've never had a problem since they know me already. If a mess up happens, they will make it up to you. The place is clean. They have the fancy coke machine that kids like. It gets busy during dinner time so plan ahead especially since they are close to the colleges. A tip - the wait time gets longer when it's busy because they cook the chicken to order. However, it's worth it. read more

We also used the restrooms here and for the volume of people coming in and out of this restaurant I found them to be surprisingly clean. Overall, I'd consider stopping here again, but I'd take into account that it's a POPULAR spot to stop for lunch in Sioux Falls.
