This time, we decided to try Wingstop. It was my first time, though my husband had been there before and liked it. He mentioned they have some really spicy options, so we ordered almost every spicy flavor on the menu -- including one that was extremely hot. I usually prefer spicy wings over sweet or buttery ones like Parmesan Garlic, but that one was almost too much for me! The real winner for me was the Mango Habanero. First off. I got two ranches second of off. I didn't even get the wings I ordered finally what really upset me is. I called the manager and let him know that the meat is still raw and he was like OK. Recently tried the chicken tenders at the Sloat Wingstop location and had such a good experience there that I decided to get them again, but somewhere else. Ordered online again and by the time I got there, the food was ready. This location has seating so I sat down to eat. Was definitely disappointed by the tenders -- they were way worse than the ones I got at the Sloat location. They weren't crispy/crunchy at all and tasted like they had just been left out for forever. Size of the tenders were also really inconsistent. Overall just didn't look appealing and unfortunately it didn't taste better than it looked. TLDR; just go to the Sloat location next to SFSU if you want wingstop lol read more

I made an online order here and waited an extra 30 minutes outside of my pick up window -.- I kept getting told it's coming it's coming and they literally never even checked with the kitchen for the order. When I asked for more clarification the person answering the phone tried to pretend that the reception was going out. I continued on for a couple more seconds and then reminded her that I am the same person who called about the refund. Being frustrated I gave up on a refund and decided to go in person the next day and asked for my order to be moved to the day of but later in the evening. They agreed since I had already paid. I come in later that day to pick up my order that I already had a hard time fixing and they did not have it ready at all. They seemed confused even though it was the same workers I saw earlier that day. They remembered who I was began making my order on the spot which took an extra 20 minutes. At the end I say thank you and apologize on my end for the inconvenience even though it was not my fault. Now we were looking at there menu and decided on the 15 pieces meal for 2 and it comes with of course 15 pieces of wings French Fries and 2 regular drinks . Plus we got the chicken sandwich and you can add any flavor from the board to your chicken sandwich so I got the BBQ Flavor and we had to wait quite a long time for our food to come out !! So service is kind of slow and it was not busy at all !! Well Finally we got our food after 40 Minutes and what I noticed was the fries were burnt and our chicken sandwich was full of BBQ Sauce !! I mean packed with Sauce !!! Maybe over sauce !! But the Chicken was good though !! Also we got the lemon pepper chicken wings which was not bad with the garlic wings also !! Our overall experience was not bad and if you happen to be in San Francisco and looking for a place to eat late give Wing Stop a Try !! Whenever football season is in full effect, the need/want for wings definitely comes top of mind more often than any other time of the year. I'll start by saying, I'm not the biggest fan of wingstop, but the convenience and price point is what keeps me coming back. Right now they are currently running an 'All-in Bundle' which includes 16 boneless wings and 6 crispy tenders with up to 4 flavors, large fries, and 3 dips all for the price of $19.99. It says it's good for 3-4 people, which makes me feel bad, because I basically ate the whole meal. After this meal, led to a lot of self-reflection. Looked down at my to-go containers and realized I ate 17 wings lol Ehh oh well, I'll walk it off eventually. This time around I went with the mango habanero, lemon pepper and the spicy Korean. They've definitely tamed down their mango habanero, because it ain't even spicy!! The lemon pepper is one of their best dry-rubs, and the spicy korean tastes pretty good. My issue with the wings is the breading, lil to heavy on it, chicken ratio is off and with the chicken is dry. Overall though, I feel like I know what to expect whenever coming to wingstop. This place has horrible service. I called to place an order with Mark and he mentioned the price and the time 10-15 min... no problem! I get there and tell a worker I'm here to pick up and "checks" the back and it's not ready yet... no problem! Don't check my order to ring me up at that... ok! My favorite go to place for wings. I usually get the lemon pepper and a mixture of either original hot or garlic parmesan but I ALWAYS get the fries. The best thing about the fries is that you can season it as you wish. I usually get the lemon pepper fries or the cajun fries! The original fries usually come with a dash of sugar (is what I think they do since it's kind of sweet and savory). Aside from this, the wait time for the wings and your order is quite ridiculous. I would highly recommend placing an order either online or through a phone call before you enter so you don't waste your time waiting there. Parking is quite plentiful but you are also sharing the lot with other business around. Ranch and dipping sauces cost extra so keep that in mind. I used to frequent this Wing-stop often, food was decent and in a convenient location. Tonight, I was petrified of what I saw in the kitchen & lost my appetite immediately. Tonight I stopped in for a late night craving of a lemon pepper chicken sandwich. I stood patiently waiting, but couldn't help but notice how the staff was hosing down the kitchen floors WHILE PREPPING FOOD! I'm sure some of that nasty ass water gets on the food and prep tables. They used a squeegee to brush the water into the drain, fryers and prep tables were shuffled around while the walls and floors got a nice hose down. I talked to the lady Ana & told her I don't think it's very sanitary to hose down the kitchen while prepping food. She told me, "It's just water, we do this every day." I asked for a refund immediately, and will not be returning. I stood there for 16 mins in horror and still never got my food. Enough is enough, someone needs to call the health department and staff needs to be retrained in food safety. read more

-Arrived and stated online order pickup. Cashier tells me "2 minutes." Seems like they're working on last couple things on my order, ok no problem. -2 minutes becomes 20 minutes. There are other 5-6 other customers who were waiting for their pickup orders and whose names were called before mine which is fine but from being told 2 minutes, I'm anticipating to be called soon around 2 minutes or so which did not happen. -Cashier proceeds to call out everyone elses name from the 2 people at the front bench to 3-4 other customers in the back of the restaurant. Mind you I'm trying be patient so I'm on my phone not looking up as much as I could have. 20 minutes have gone by and the same cashier magically asks what my name is and picks up my order off of the shelf.
