So I love wingstop. Hands down it's my favorite place for wings. I love their lemon pepper bone in wings with a side of their yummy fries! They usually answer pretty quickly and everyone is really nice. One thing I had to mention & take a star off for was I ordered 10 large fries not too long ago and I asked for ranch with the fries and they would not give me ranch on the side. It's no like I was asking for extra ranch on top of them already giving me some I was just asking for ranch with the hella fries I was getting.. No I had to pay an additional $11 for ranch. I thought that was a little ridiculous. Fries should come with some sort of dipping sauce other then ketchup. The wings should not be the only thing that comes with a dipping sauce. This is our go to location since the Westlake location likes to rip us off and be slick by jipping us off with the quantity we pay for, by giving us few wings less. This location may be small, but they get hella packed at night especially on a Friday and Saturday. For the most part, the staff here are either stern or pretty nice. Good balance of both. I knocked of 2 stars for two reasons: 1) In all honesty just like every other location I have experienced with, they are still pretty slow. 2) The quality of the wings can be a guilty pleasure...but honestly they have gotten so much oilier each time it's a bit overwhelming. I don't think it's this locations fault, I just noticed that with most Wing Stop's by far. I appreciate that they are very good at answering calls whenever we call in order for pick up. read more

Second time here at this location, the wings are tender and juicy compared to the one in Vallejo. The fountain drinks are basic with Coke products and teas. The one in Vallejo has the new machines you can build a mix of your soda, like raspberry sprite, etc. I've only been to Wing stop 3x total, but I am a big fan of their Louisiana classic wings. Their fries are pretty good too but it gets soggy pretty quick. I wish they were crispier. This location gets pretty busy at night, with people ordering out and eating in. They still keep the area pretty clean. I would come back to this location if it was closer to me. The cashier is nice too. Enjoy! read more

For some odd reason two days later I was charged an extra $20 for my order and when I seen the back notification i went to check my app. And on my App it still said it original price of $19. I went to wingstop to get food I ordered online and I got it, but when I was leaving I saw the guy his name is Oh and claims to be the supervisor, throw away garbage, no wash hands, no glove, go into refrigerator pick up raw chicken with bare hands and pop it in the fryer. An excellent supervisor knows a whole lot better than cross contamination and potential foodborne illnesses. He would be glad to process a refund but I would have to drive back to the shop so he can weigh it and notate the amount of waste for the day, which would cost me gas!
