The food was ready for pickup on time and the order was correct. However, the wings were dry and did not appear to be freshly made even though I arrived within 15-20 minutes after I ordered online. The fries, which I think are decent, do not come with fry sauce, that is extra, as is extra dressing. We ordered 30 wings you'd think they'd be willing to drop in an additional dressing, but that was over a buck each for a small cup of dressing. The kid at the counter was rude and didn't seem at all interested in my experience. No thank you's. Overall it was a major disappointment. This was our second try. Very disappointed in wing stop for this. I stopped by wing stop because I was in the area at the time and they specifically asked what sauce I wanted and I told them ranch and asked for extra and when I got home, which is all the way in Daybreak, South Jordan, they hadn't put any ranch in my bag to go that I had asked for. Very small inconvenience but also annoying because wings don't serve its full purpose without ranch. When I called to complain and asked what they could do for me all they could do was put my name and number down which I'm sure will probably get thrown away. I decided to try Wingstop today. I selected the 10 piece bone in wings with no sides and a drink. It was more than $17!! Really?!?! I had the garlic Parmesan and hot. The only thing that saves this place is the actual food. Everything else would have resulted in 1 star and a non-return. Perhaps to season this review a bit, I was already mad at the dearth of decent lunch options in the 84123, so this may be too harsh, but this place could have made my day with great service and it just made things boil. What started the simmer was I had just walked out of the sandwich shop next door due to complete unfriendliness and cleanliness and wait time. Ladies and gentleman, let me tell you now I know what a wait time REALLY is. This place seems new and (certainly hasn't been reviewed yet). There looked to be a few people waiting up front for food, two tables occupied, and about four tables with garbage on them. I ordered a six wing combo with fries and a drink and sat down to wait. And wait I did and wait and wait and...then someone at a table near me exclaimed "boy, we've been waiting a long time!" which made me sad because they were seated when I arrived! and waited (they got their food) and then 25 minutes after I order I get mine. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES FOR SIX WINGS AND FRIES! It's not as if the place was just bustling. Food was creeping out the delivery window. They seemed staffed, but food just crept. A large table behind me complained that the first person had finished before the last person had food. That's just not right! The food, though, was pretty good. Typical wings, crispy fried and tasty. I had the bone-in wings, so by "crispy" i mean the sauce had a crispy sheen to it - no breading was on the bone-in (which is a plus) The wings were pretty meaty and a half and half mixture between the humerus drumstick part and the radius/ulna bifurcated part. Sauces had caramelized a bit due to heat which was great! They overestimate the hotness a bit, probably on purpose. The mango/habanero was sweet but lacked a big kick. This is ok, I was worried it was going to be too hot. They are generous with the side-sauce (blue cheese here, but they also offered ranch, and a few others which escape memory) Fries were ok - they give you a lot. No fry sauce if you're addicted. The overall ambiance of the place really lowers the rating, too. There are NO GARBAGE cans so you can't self-bus your table. That resulted in a lot of garbage on tables because there was NOWHERE ELSE TO PUT IT Someone eventually came out and bussed them of garbage, waited about five minutes and then wiped them off (no reason, it's not as if they had a rush). There is a complete lack of napkins other than a roll of paper towels up near the condiments. No wet wipes at all, either. Maybe this is all going to come soon, but right now having a wing place with no napkins and no wet wipes and tables of gnawed on chicken bones just doesn't sit right for me. This place may work for take-out as long as you wait a bit before coming in. I won't necessarily use it for take out since I work in the area and prefer a quick lunch. I'll be checking back for reviews to see if anything changes. The food warrants another visit, but not enough for the other things as they stand now. read more

This would be a great place to work!! You can tell right as you walk in everyone is right off a smoke break and have a good buzz on. Their eyes are blood shot from all the hard work and no rest from make sure your order is out with in the 1 1/2 hours of you walking in and ordering. They always make sure you really know what drink you want, by offering you the wrong one at least once. Don't worry about your sodium intake because they know you don't need anymore. Did an order online. Picked up 10 minutes later, was very happy how quickly everything was ready. Sadly, their mild and traditional hot wings, are basically different levels of watered down. She acted as though she hated her job and didn't want to be there. The food was good but it literally took them 40 minutes to get us our food. However, several times I have been to this location and apparently the manager is the only one that has the key to unlock the Beer. All the employee that are working are under 21 and not able to serve alcohol. It would be nice if he could enjoy your food with a beer. Wow. These wings were so good. We got the Parmesan garlic wings and their sauces different than where we usually go so we were a bit skeptic but nope, it was so so good. We also got the buffalo fries and oh my gosh these were the best!!! Their large is VERY large and I would recommend only getting a large if you are sharing with several people. Don't bother ordering online with this location. Online time said estimated 23-28 minutes arrived here approx 35-40 minutes later. Order was still not ready. When asked when it would be ready front staff walked away and said "we're working on it" no update as to when it would be done. When waited an additional 15 minute in lobby food was finally done. When checked to see what was ordered was correct they forgot to season the wings? Come back and greeted by same front staff who wanted to spend time arguing about if I wanted it to be seasoned or not? Poor customer service. Poor communication. The chicken wings are great, but the service is sketchy. The staff seem young and bubbly and friends were calling in and joking with them while I waited to order my food and that was fine at first. I ordered take out this evening and the lady in front of me that received her order pulled her whole order out of her bag to verify that all of her items ordered were in the bag. Come to find out they forgot her fries and she ended up having to wait an extra ten minutes for the fries and she was not happy with them. I received my order shortly after her and they forgot to put my fries that I had ordered in my bag too. I didn't find out until I drove away though so I was pretty sad about not getting some of their fresh fries that I was looking forward to. Maybe next time. Hands down the best wings! The service was great. We had to wait awhile for the wings, but they were crispy and hot when we received them! We love the original hot and the Lemon pepper ones! I've been hitting all the local wing places lately in an effort to decide what I like the best. Most recently I stopped by Wingstop and to sum things up it just wasn't that great. Unimpressed with the cajun wings. By far the best thing I got here was the Garlic Parmesan because it's a dry/crispy wing- then get a side of the original hot to dip it in. Turns out much better than the soggy one pre-soaked in hot. Fries are solid. This place isn't cheap, and it takes a while to get your order (yes, this means they're fresh, but with fast food vibe it's hard to justify the wait/cost). Lots of other spots in the valley to get better wings at the same price or cheaper- Trolley Wing, Buffalo Wild, Wing Coop, Legends. Doubt i'll ever be back. read more

Gave this place a try last night. We ordered online, which was ok. The website could use some refining. Our food was ready when we arrived. The restaurant was clean. The girl who helped me was ok. I was not greeted with a friendly smile. The food was great! The wings were hot and spicy and the rolls were pretty good. The cheese sauce for the fries was generic, like melted cheese wiz or something. Not my favorite, but over all it was ok...until about 1:00am when my body decided it did not like the food and I ended up renting it! My husband has been sick all morning as well. The 1 star rating is a reflection of the service at this location and not the food. The wings here are great. I picked up my order and when i got home i realized i was missing 5 wings. I called and the first person who answered said that there was nothing they could do and did not apologize. I asked to speak with their manager and the manager told me that i was lying and said that she personally saw all of the wings get placed into the bag. Well, I started to give two stars... but then there was hardly any of the dry rub on the wings. They seemed like they were doing half their job. When I sat down, most of the tables were used, not whipped down, and still had trash on them. It's been thirty minutes and no one had swept the floors or cleaned the tables. I've never been to a wingstop where they shoved all 10 of my wings (2 different flavors) all into a little box all together. Or get charged $2 for ranch that I didn't even get. Yes I know I should have checked before I left and I usually do, but today I was on a short lunch break and I had already waited a long time for Miriam to come and take my order even though I was the only one in the store. So I was already running really late and when I got back I open my box to all of my wings squished together. Also I ordered traditional but got boneless. I understand making mistakes when your swamped but again I was the only person in there. It disappoints me how lazy people are even though they are getting paid to do it. Your probably going to think I'm over reacting but the point I'm trying to make is that if its your job do it right. Its not rocket science, I know cause I've been on the other end of the stick and guess what?
