I went there a couple days ago and my food took longer than expected. To make matters worse when I got home my chicken sandwich was still raw in the middle. My garlic parmesan wings had no garlic . I don't understand how this happened it was not busy when i was there waiting and there were about three to four people working. Well not working standing around talking .The manager Layorda said she would give me a refund. This was in March 29 and I have yet to see any credits to my account. I'm a huge fan of wingstop and this review is strictly to point out the fact that they stop answering their phone line after 11:00pm. They are supposed to be open until midnight. However as a local patron and regular customer I've noticed that when I've tried to repeatedly place phone orders over the phone the past few months anytime I call after 11pm they never answer. Clearly their business hours are supposed to be until midnight but they are trying to close up early and never answer the the phone for orders after 11pm. Corporate should be aware of this as I don't think turning away business is the ideal business model any take out place wants to follow. read more

I placed an order online for 25 boneless wings, at 3:57pm, after seeing the notification that my order would be ready to pick up in 18 minutes, at 4:15. When I arrived at the store at 4:19 or so, it still took another 10 minutes to get my order ready. Also, after I got home and opened the bag I saw that the order was WRONG! I ordered 25 boneless wings; 13 Garlic Parmesan, 7 hickory smoked, and 5 mild. What I actually RECEIVED was a different combination of garlic parm, hickory, mild, AND another flavor that I DID NOT order which looked like orig hot (not sure, they were orange color). There are signs all over your store that say "SKIP THE WAIT, ORDER ONLINE". This is false advertising. I had to wait 15 minutes past my promised pick-up time. And the store was NOT crowded; there were only 2 other people there. read more

Also be aware that when you order from their site, you think it is directly going to them however they pass the order over to door dash. No mention of this on the online order. So if you want to actually get what you ordered and paid for , go elsewhere! I would give them negative stars if allowed. Worse customer service we have ever seen. This is a new location in Torrance. Wingstop is my go to wings place! We always go here because they have friendly service. They have all the sauce flavors here from Hawaiian to Atomic. They also have Cajun fried corn and fries. the best ones are bone in, so make sure to get that. They have dessert too like brownies.
