I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app and paid the delivery fee, along with a tip for the driver. When my order arrived, I discovered that my sauces and ranch were missing. I immediately called the store to see if there was a solution. An unidentified female employee answered the phone. I explained that I had ordered through the app, paid for delivery, and wanted to know if there was any way to have the missing ranch delivered. She informed me that delivery was not possible and that I would need to drive to the store to pick it up myself. I advised that I was willing to pick it up but asked whether any accommodation could be provided since I had already paid delivery fees and would now have to make the trip myself due to the store's mistake. The employee stated that she was unsure and that I would need to speak with a manager. When I asked to be transferred, she appeared hesitant, began speaking with another employee (later identified as Luz or Liz), and then informed me that the manager had already left and that I would need to call back the following morning at 9:00 a.m. I then requested to speak with anyone currently in charge. The employee stated that she was "only two days new" and could not transfer me to anyone else. I asked if there was another employee with more experience or authority available, but she repeatedly stated that she could not do that. While continuing to request assistance, I could hear her speaking with Luz/Liz in the background. Moments later, the call was disconnected. I called the store back twice, and on both occasions, the phone was answered and immediately hung up. On my third attempt, I was finally able to speak with Luz. From the beginning of the conversation, Luz was passive-aggressive and stated that there was nothing the store could do other than have me drive in to pick up the missing ranch. I again asked whether any accommodation could be offered since I had paid for delivery and would now have to spend my own time and gas correcting the store's error. Luz stated that no accommodation would be provided. I then requested that my order be remade because by the time I drove to the store and returned home, my food would likely be cold and soggy. Luz denied the request, stating that because there was nothing wrong with the food itself, she could not remake the order. During the conversation, Luz suggested that the delivery driver may have taken the missing ranch. However, when I asked whether she was certain that the ranch and sauces had actually been placed in my bag before it left the store, she could not confirm this. Instead, she stated that it was possible the items had accidentally been placed in another customer's order. When I brought up the fact that my calls had been repeatedly answered and hung up, Luz stated that because there was nothing further she could do for me, there was no reason to continue answering the phone calls. As a former assistant manager for a fast-food chain, I understand that mistakes happen. However, the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The missing items were frustrating, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, repeated hang-ups, and unprofessional customer service made the experience significantly worse. Both the unidentified employee and Luz were unprofessional, unhelpful, and demonstrated a serious lack of customer service skills. I hope management reviews this incident, addresses the behavior of the employees involved, and provides additional customer service training to ensure future customers are treated with respect and professionalism. read more

I got takeout today. The flavors were original hot, spicy Korean q, and mango habanero. My favorite out of all of them would have to be mango habanero because it's sweet and spicy, more on the spicy. Horrible service for my son food, boneless wings and fries after looking at it I notice roaches so disgusting my son started throwing up, I called the store and nicely asked to talk to a manager or someone in charge they transferred me to someone who I have no idea who he is or his role there extremely rude saying are you sure it's roaches? Then he said there's people "like you" what is he trying to say? What happen to good customer service he could of easily just apologized to me but no he was pretty much calling me a liar, and after asking for him name he literally just hung up the phone, I called back and nicely asked for his name but they said it was illegal to tell me his name. Every bad review here is true. They can't even make chicken wings--literally the lowest difficulty setting in cooking. Everything's greasy, unseasoned, and tastes like fryer oil regret. None of the wings resemble the flavor you order, which is impressive in its own way. The staff look like they've been sentenced to work here, not hired. The manager and owner should be forced to eat their own wings for a century as karmic balance. I called to tell them the food was inedible. While I realize our current society isn't in a trustful state, and their location is crawling with homeless people, it's not like the place is clean anyway, so I'm not sure why they default to a distrust their customers and refuse something like that. I've been to this wing stop a couple of times and every time I do come an asian guy has always been the one helping me when it comes to choosing the right meals. He's very well spoken and he knows what he is doing, compare to the other workers here. There's days where it's busy and i see the asian guy multitasking as in being the cashier and as well with handing the food out. My husband has had to drive to pick up items left out of our delivery order multiple times. But the lack of customer service and common courtesy is astounding.
