I work in the area and my coworkers and I order from here on a weekly basis. Sometimes, we get it more than once a week; it's that good. I love this place! Wings are amazing and puts places like Buffalo Wild Wings to shame. Staff has always been good to me too. My only negative is that when they pack their wings into the box at times it can get ugly. They'll put dry rubs on the bottom underneath thicker sauces, making the wings too wet. For example, the sauce will go through the paper and take most of the dry rub off. So your dry rub will have less rub on it now. Other than that, epic place! Just fix that wing packing lol. read more

I had no expectations about the wings, except that I wanted to try a new place. This location is relatively new I think, and is pretty small with maybe 6 or 7 tables. I assume most people take their food to go. I tried only the boneless this time and was very pleased. Mango Habanero was very spicy (it definitely lived up to its four-pepper status). Also good was the original, but the garlic parm and louisiana rub were just ok. My favorite is BBQ which we received by mistake but was very tasty. It is a better version of the Applebee's boneless buffalo wings. Finally! We get a WingStop in the area. I have been waiting to try their wings for years... and it's open every day of the week until midnight??? Are you kidding me!? Get your defibrillator and inhaler, because this is not a drill! Wing quality is and always has been a PERSONAL preference. To say that these are "the best", is just a complete amateur move when talking about wing quality... everyone is different, and me, personally, I LOVE these wings. The traditional style are not wet and slimey... they are perfectly cooked, slightly dry and have a little crunchiness to it. The boneless wings, surprisingly, are actually better... less messy, more flavorful, but they lack in size. You can choose from many different flavor choices, so if your middle name is Boring, then go for the Teriyaki, Mild or Original Hot... Otherwise, go the smart route, and choose Mango Habanero, Lousiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan or my personal favorite, Lemon Pepper. It's important to note, that these are more of a dry rub style, not drenched in sauce, which is a huge plus for me. The prices are fairly good and the amount of fries that you get are in a small but heavy basket... not Five Guys heavy, but still up there. You can also get a cajun or parmesan seasoning on the fries, among a few other choices. I highly recommend the cajun if you want the heat to hit you like a Hadouken to the face! These are boardwalk style fries, golden brown and crisp, not McDonalds sad & soggy yellow mess. Oh, and don't forget your free dip with your order! The restaurant is fairly small... about 4 tables and some stools, but this is meant to be a take out kind of place anyway. With all good things, there are some bad: -Walk-in ordering can take up to 30 minutes, which is a good sign of quality, but still worth mentioning. They do offer online/call-ahead ordering though. -They tend to have a habit of shortening people 1 or 2 wings fairly often. Took about 20 min for my order to come out (I was only customer at the time). A lot of horseplay in the kitchen was visible, which was probably the reason for slowness. Cleanliness was also questionable. Floor looked like it hadn't been swept all day, none of the cooks used any gloves while handling food, & they had their phones on the same surface they were preparing food. The teriyaki wings didn't even taste like teriyaki it was very bland. This review is long overdue. On August 10, 2017 my fiance and I ordered some wings, however we made a major mistake. We accidentally ordered $130.00 worth of wings through their website. Totally 100% our fault. Again 100% OUR FAULT. Luckily through experience and diligence Isiah, their General Manager held off on making the order. When I arrived he brought the order to my attention and with the aid of the Owner Peter reversed a situation that we had created to no fault of their own. I can't thank you guys enough for your service. Not only are their wings awesome, I eat there A LOT. But every time I'm picking up my order or just seeing them interact with customers I have personally never seen anything but good food go out and proper customer service being practiced. I called in an order on National Chicken Wing day and was given an estimate of 20 minutes. I ordered a family pack and provided their promo code for 5 free wings. When I got there, I paid for my order. I got home and realized that they didn't give me my free wings. I called them to complain and their response from the owner was that since it was free they will not give me credit. What a scam!!!! They said if I come back they would give me the wings. I said will you reimburse me for my time and gas? This place does not know anything about customer service. I will not be coming back to this store again. Stay away if you are using a promo code. I love this wingstop so much. The cashier was so lovely and the staff made sure my order was made properly and well done . I love the fact that they made sure if my order was exactly how I wanted it. Ordered takeout online and was very disappointed with the customer service. Placed the order around 8:30pm with a 9:15pm pickup time and upon arrival at 9:25pm was told the order was not ready by an employee who didn't even seem to check. Waited around for another 10min until another employee came along. When I asked about my order again not only was I told it WAS ready but apparently it had been sitting in a bag a few feet from the first disinterested employee I had asked, getting cold. Ordered cheese fries for an extra $1, no cheese. Asked for well done wings, they weren't. Not to mention that there were no utensils or napkins in the bag. This place has potential but I won't be spending $15 for wings at a place that isn't managed well with a staff that doesn't care to read and execute an online order correctly. This is the third order I have placed with them and every single one of them has had some kind of screw up or inconvenience attached. i love the food here, it's a good bite to eat. but the customer service and the length it takes to make the food is ridiculous. i would see the workers in the kitchen and most of them are just on their phones or goofing off while there's groups of people waiting for their food. when my boyfriend tried to politely ask for a refund because we got tired of waiting, the worker said "the food is almost ready." however, there was nothing frying in the kitchen at all. when he asked how much longer, a guy said "well do you want your refund or do you want your food?" the disrespect and lack of manners were uncalled for. we asked for our refund and left and never in our lives have we been so mistreated at a food establishment. read more

This specific wingstop location is a joke! I'm a huge fan of wingstop, been to several locations and the service & food was superb, UNTIL THIS LOCATION TODAY. The cashier had no idea what shes doing, I typically order a mix & match boneless Louisiana rub boneless wings & regular garlic parm wings that i order online before hand. I placed the order in person, cashier didn't know the menu. Told me that she has to go to the back to ensure with the kitchen that half is boneless & half is bone-in. wait several minutes for the them to go back & forth. She tells me its all good. I can not believe that a place called Wingstop gets away with selling dry, rubbery, microwaved wings!!! After waiting 15-20 mins (we were only customers...now I know why) for a small order of what should be their speciality, we expected freshly-made, tasty, tender wings. This is a "wing" place, after all! The sauces were decent, but the chicken itself had no seasoning. The skin had that rubbery texture that snaps when you try to bite a piece off. The meat...where to start... dry, bland, chewy AF...to the point where you just give up on chewing and spit it back out.No amount of masticating is going to turn that ball of rubber into something you want to swallow. I don't know what they were doing to these tortured wings during the 20 minutes we waited, but I suspect they were being microwaved on high the entire time. The texture was worse than the cheapest frozen chicken entree. I don't understand how they can get away with this and stay in business. I can clearly see there has been some small issues either with staff or food being in comparison with other restaurants. But from what I've experienced since coming here is completely the opposite. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They make me feel welcome every time I come. The food is made fresh so when I get my order it's always hot and delicious . The store is cleaned and is always restock on lids, utensils, and ketchup. Plus the customer service makes me feel so welcomed to the point which I come here almost every lunch break. I can even understand why they don't season their wings. Not many people have the same taste buds . Maybe some want less seasoning or some want too much; either way not seasoning their wings beforehand and just saucing it in selective sauces makes it easy to accommodate everyone who comes here. So stop whining about "bland wings" because this wingstop is a great wingstop. read more
