Placed an order today to be delivered for 10Boneless, 7 tenders & Veggies sticks. The 7 Tenders were not in the bag. I called & was told by Sandra that they could remake & I can pick them up. I explained I just got out of dialysis & the purpose of delivery & being charged a delivery fee defended the purpose. She then placed on hold & said they will refund the Tenders & it can take 10 days. I then ask for a confirmation of this refund & she hung up. I called back & for the manager who Sandra said name was Trindac who said they don't have a confirmation number I will just have to wait the 10 days. My girlfriend shows up after working a 12-hour shift, expecting to grab the food and go. Instead, she's left waiting until 9:07 PM. This is the first time I have ever had to write a bad review. When we arrived to pick up our order, they said they had no record of it. We showed them the online confirmation and the debit from our bank account, and the manager told my wife there was nothing he could do. They finally agreed to make the food (which we proved we had ordered and paid for) but said that we should have known to call ahead to "make sure they had the order" before we came down there, in spite of their OWN ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM saying that our food would be ready in 16 minutes. She was made to wait for 20 minutes while employees openly talked about her in front of her and said she was rude and that she "would have known that they didn't have the order if she called to double check." As though it is normal to place an online order, pay, get confirmation, and THEN call to make sure it went through. When they finally gave her the food, an item was missing, she told them and they said she had to wait another 15 minutes, but that she was not allowed to sit down. No one ever apologized - and honestly that's fine, it isn't the staff's fault if the online system failed. But they were rude, and dismissive, and outright refused to make her food at first even though she showed them proof of the order. And then they talked rudely about her RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Literally no excuse. The manager (said he was the General Manager and had only been there one week) was not helpful at all and said none of this was his problem. In fact, the only thing I liked about this meal was the drink, and I have tasted soda that did not have the right ratio of water to syrup before. Yeah, don't come here. I was told that my order would take 15-20 minutes, so I pulled up after about 20 minutes to pick up my order. Walked in, checked on the status of my order and they hadn't started it yet. The woman standing next to me said she had been waiting for her food for an hour. I asked why there was such a delay and the girl at the register gave me an attitude and just said "well, we're busy." Mind you, just a few moments ago she was just chitchatting on her cell phone and the people in the kitchen were moving with absolutely no sense of urgency. Meanwhile, there are five people standing and waiting in the lobby, two people in the foyer, a line of people waiting outside in the cold, and quite a few people sitting in their cars waiting for their orders. After waiting an additional 30 minutes past the estimated pickup time for my food, I asked about the status of my order again...hadn't started. At this point, I just wanted a refund. I asked for a refund, and the manager said "I'll just start it now, I don't really want to do any refunds because it takes long." After this, she impolitely asked us to stand outside or in the foyer. We had all been waiting over 30 minutes, so no one moved. The manager then proceeded to start yelling at a deaf patron for not moving outside, but he couldn't hear her... I like lunch for breakfast and vice-versa. Now, onto the experience. I start calling for food at 10am. I'm actually looking for Chinese, but I'm not getting an answer. I usually eat Happy's Pizza/Wings/etc, so was just not in the mood. I had tried Wing Stop 2x before and found it really good, so I thought...okay, wings it is. I call at 10:20. The store does NOT OPEN until 11am. However....HOWEVER, the manager stops me from hanging up and says, "Well, how soon do you need it?" I work in customer service (Hospitlaity) and I wasn't about to put him through the bullshit ringer like so many customers treat hotel/restaurants, so I offered 11am. He said, "you sure? I'm here, we could whip something up anyway." Well, I still offered to wait until 11am. The cashier (someone else) greeted me, their first guest of the day, promptly, courteously, and Waltons-style (if you don't know what that is, ask your grandparents, they'll chuckle and let you know...) I am sold on this place. I hope it becomes a Whitehall fixture. Even without this home run of a transaction, they are now batting 3-for-3. You know, I have zero complaints. Which surprised me... honestly- I'm pretty judgy about food. I suppose when it comes to wings and fries, you expect a level of grease and salt, and if you don't, you're confused about what wings and fries ARE. On January 20, 2022 my co-workers and I ordered lunch from Wingstop on Main St. in Whitehall, Ohio. I was so excited, their food is delicious! The food was delivered by DoorDash, it arrived in a timely manner, and was properly packaged and sealed per Covid protocol. As I was enjoying my fries, I bit down on something really hard. I immediately spit out the contents of my mouth and there was a round metal object covered in salt, grease, and rust. My teeth were chipped! I immediately contacted the restaurant and explained what happened. They asked that I bring the object to the restaurant at the end of my work day and I did just that. I was told that they had no idea where it came from and they would need to review their cameras. Which seemed so disrespectful and quite an attack on my integrity! However, I understood their position. They offered me more fries but I declined. I've been dealing with their insurance company and corporate office which has been quite the ordeal. They acted as if they were not responsible for failing to provide a safe meal to their customers due to the fact that the food was delivered by DoorDash. They claimed that the food had passed through too many hands before getting to me and it could have came from anywhere, but it didn't come from their restaurant. The insurance company must not be aware of the taping of the bag and sticker application by the restaurant to ensure that food is not tampered with. So the food is good. I've never had an issue with the quality of food. However, the service tonight was truly terrible. At 5:00pm I placed an order to be picked up at 6:30pm. You'd think that an hour and a half would be enough time for 10 wings and 2 chicken tenders. Well, I get there at 6:30 and the food was not ready. Finally around 6:45 I was called up for my order. I was given 10 garlic parmesan. Not what I ordered, so I asked for my correct food. (Not trying to be annoying. But I simply do not like garlic parm.) So by 7:00, I'm finally getting my food and leaving. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for an order I had placed over an hour earlier. There were many people who were waiting for food when I got there. Some people were demanding for their money back. Multiple people were given orders that were incorrect and were made to wait significantly longer than their designated pickup time. There was what seemed to be a teenage girl running the register and an older man cooking the food. Those were the only two employees. At one point the girl at the register was frantically calling the manager telling him to come back to the restaurant. Now, the service was inconvenient. But I can't blame the two employees for being overwhelmed and behind. The girl was trying to explain that the manager had left and they were short staffed. But where was the manager? Why would you leave two employees alone at dinner time? Seems like a poor decision. I pray he was having diarrhea or his wife was giving birth. Because those are the only good reasons for the manager to leave the store he manages and force two employees to feed the city of Columbus. Will I order food here again? Yes. Because the wings are pretty good and it's near my work. But I will never do it on a time crunch. read more

When I called the shop to order, the gentleman that answered the phone was more than helpful and in fact saved me three dollars by rearranging my order a different way to combo it up. He told me about the special they have every Monday and Tuesday with boneless wings but I already had my mind made up that I wanted traditional wings and wanted to order mango habanero as well as Louisiana rub. Ordered a small fry which was giant and cooked perfect with great seasoning. When I completed the order he told me that it would be ready and 18 minutes. I walked in the door at 18 minutes and he was scooping the order up into the bag. Awesome place, I will definitely be ordering again next time I am at my brothers house.
