I wasn't a customer today, but I was delivering food. I never usually write reviews on how I pick up food from restaurants but this was the most horrible customer service I have encountered picking up food. I come in and say the name I'm picking up for, and the worker was a women with glasses and she gave the worst attitude possible. Not only did she give a face when I picked up the food, she practically said in a rude tone the drinks I needed to pour and she threw the drink carrier at me. After she mentioned the order was the second order, I ended up waiting 30 minutes while they called 7 other people before me. Just know I'm a Uber eats driver I make money based off orders not hourly. Anyways at the end I'm not sure how wing-stop hires or trains there associates but she had horrible customer service. read more

Every time I try to order, they have a 30-45 minute wait. Nobody else in the place. The cashier told me "they take a long time to make" - they literally do not. I'd love to try them but their service is laughably absent and a 45 minute wait for ten wings is confounding. read more

I placed a order on the phone. Came in 25 minutes later food wasn't ready still had wait 30 more minutes and my food yet was not ready. The service was so Bad. I'm not sure what the low star reviewers are talking about because I've been hesitant before to eat at this location Because of the low reviews but I still did and I'm so glad I did because the service that was provided by jay,& I believe her name was Kat was very friendly and professional:-)! - - Ambiance wise it does get busy depending on days and hours ! I've been on days when it's steady and then busy but I've never waited more than 15minutes for my order which is a reasonable time to prep and cook the wings! -- -- - And for the food Ive dined in and ordered out ! Each time the food is cooked to perfection. My boyfriend waited 55 minutes 4 times he asked during that time what is going on with the order and they kept ignoring him. So I finally asked to speak to a manager she made us wait more time. I told her we are ready to cancel. She told employee to finally make our order. As I waited for an answer a RUDE employee swung the front door from the front counter to the dinning room area hitting me. Didn't apologize he just went to go talk to some friends. New girl training on the cash register ruined my whole order. She wouldn't give me the online special in person for 20 wings and fries for $16 and instead charged me $30 for 20 wings and fries. Probably the least amount of sauce on the wings I've ever had after going to wingstops probably 40 or 50 times. I noticed another reviewer said there were no trash cans, well, there's now one, but as you can see in my picture, not much more room to even set your trash down beside it. I know my profile looks bad since there's no other reviews, but that's because I've never been so disappointed in multiple staff members coming out to sit on the bench to take their break, who couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge the pile of trash left around. Another customer even was given attitude after she made sure to hand them back her trash since she didn't want to add the landslide of garbage. Come to find my fries were cold and it looked like they were double fried. My wings were dry and drenched in sauce but no napkins in the bag. Placed a $50 order online and we got home missing all the ranches for the meals. I called was disconnected, called back we ordered 16 lemon pepper wings, they have almost no seasoning at all. We were so pleased with this location over the past year, but it has slowly declined. A fries are always raw and half full and sauces are also only filled about 1/4 of the way. Wingstop is far too pricey to only get a portion of what you paid for. I hope something changes here soon! read more

They had great service. When I was waiting for my order, one of the workers came up to me and asked which order I was waiting for so that she could check on it.
