If I could give it less than one star I would. It's less about the food...when it's cooked properly and hot, the food is still good. But the service, including shift manager(s) is HORRIBLE. Online orders are routinely dropped from the system so when you walk in, you may or may not have an order. They do not answer the phone, no matter if the store is full or not. I've walked in and be the only customer...while calling from my cell phone....and I watched the workers stand in a circle and talk. One manager in particular is always complaining about how it's "not her store" yet she's always there, assisting the others in messing up orders. If you order with them, let me wish you luck and patience....you'll need a healthy dose of both!!!! read more

I was craving wings so the hubby suggested we go here . We were just getting takeout . We tasted several of their sauces . We ended up ordering the 40 wings special that came with fries and veggies. My only complaint was it took awhile but like I said earlier we did order 40 wings . My son had a 20% off coupon that we used. So it wasn't to badly priced. The wings were really good . I got blue cheese since we already had ranch at home for dipping. The French fries were soggy so I didn't eat any of them though . This was my first time to a wing stop I was ordering to go for my husband but I was surprised how cute this place was inside with the old planes painted on the walls and I loved the tables as well. I had no idea it was World War 2 themed, that's so cool. You order at the counter here and they cook it when you place your order so of course there's a wait because it takes time to fry bone in wings. I love that the food isn't sitting under heat lamps like most chicken joints. The French fry's here are cut fresh from real Idaho potato's YAY FRESH FRENCH FRYS ! And fresh fried chicken wings you choose the flavor and heat from Hawaiian sweet to atomic, my husband had the Cajun. The Cajun were pretty hot with heat but damn delicious as well. Everything was piping hot from being cooked to order fresh. This place gets 5 stars for using fresh products and therefor putting out great food. This restaurant was clean in the dining room, I didn't check the bathrooms but you can see into kitchen from the order counter and it was clean. They have fountain drinks and iced tea the have styrofoam cups but to go I love those because they keep my cold drink cold. read more

Went in to order and there were 5 workers talking and no one acknowledged me. Believe it was a manager going over some training with one employee at the register and they ignored me. One of the employees finally spoke and asked if I was picking up and when I said I needed to place an order, she walked off. I know there's a shortage but I just walked out after standing there while the employees ignored me. FYI, I was the only one in there so I double checked my phone to confirm they were open. This location always disappoints me. I will not be back. There is almost always an extremely long wait no matter how far in advance you place the pick up order. The staff is unfriendly and never polite. Today I ordered to go and my fries were stale, my wings which were 2 different flavors were dry and barely had any sauce on them at all. This is the 2nd time I've ordered online on the Wingstop app and BOTH meals were nearly inedible! I told myself I wasn't going to order online again after the 1st time...the wings were not right, all boneless and sauce just poured on, awful tasting, fries were burnt, had too much seasoning and celery had been frozen, then refrigerated and awful tasting! The only thing correct in that meal, was the coke! Yea, Coca Cola....I didn't complain to anyone about the meal, I just wrote it off to a bad day...it happens! So, 6 months fast forward and I'm craving wings! I'm totally disabled, I have to pay someone to help and I buy them a meal also...all totaled $30 for the meal and $10 gas money! I live on disability, so I rarely eat out, like fast food, very often because of the expense! So, today I ordered online from Wingstop! Classic flavor, all bone-in...the website is NOT user friendly! I accidentally ordered 2 veggie orders and after 10 minutes trying to remove one order, I finally wrote it off! The meal cost $27.49, the receipt reflected my choices, however everything was screwed up even though the receipt was correct! My helper arrived on time, got in line, he heard my name being discussed and spoke up that he was there to pick up the order...they just sent my order out the door to the customer in front of him! WHAT? Soooo, he had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook it again! He verified the online order and sat down to wait! Finally, picked up the order and headed back! My order with mild flavor and Hawaiian, bone in...all were boneless with a ton of sauce just poured on and OMG they didn't taste anything like I've had at Wingstop before! I couldn't eat them! Again, the fry's were half burnt, I ordered well cooked, not burned! My helpers meal was correct, however the barbecue chicken wings were covered and drowned in barbecue sauce...the only wings edible in this entire meal was the Garlic Parmesan! I tried calling the Wingstop to talk to the manager on duty and the recording came on 3 different times saying, "Try ordering online or on our Wingstop app!" ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? I ordered on the Wingstop app...twice! Am I asking too much to have my order correct? No! They have lost a customer and I will be sharing my ridiculous Wingstop nightmare to anyone who listens!
