However, after a month I called them and they admitted that they did not send in the right paperwork to DMV. They called me back and said every thing is taken care of and we would receive our papers soon. After another month went buy I went to the DMV and they told me that no papers were ever filed with them for this car. It is now Oct. 5th and we still have not received a phone call or any paper work from this guy. In less than a month the temporary plates will expire and we will be without any car. This guy didn't seem to know much about filling out the right papers. He had to call me at home twice so I could meet him to sign more papers that he forgot or didn't know he needed. My son's car battery died overnight and he called AAA, whom sent this Tow Company out to service his vehicle. The guy, Sam, had NO TOOLS to take the nuts off of the battery cover and proceeded to pull the cover off, breaking the piece where the cover was held down by said nut. WHAT TOW TRUCK DOESN'T CARRY A SIMPLE TOOL KIT??!!!! Besides not being professional, he was rude about it!!! I have NEVER had a bad experience with any tow company before today!! Unacceptable!! Also, I called the phone number on the side of the truck, spoke with the dispatcher asking her to have the manager call me back regarding this incident....I have yet to hear from him!

We went outside to wait for him and he never showed up. An hour later, still no car. I called Triple A, and they said my car had been delivered. At this point, they couldn't get the driver on the phone, it was 5 am, and I had to file a police report because Triple A had no idea where my car was. A few hours later I took a walk around the neighborhood and found my car down the street at someone else's house. The tow truck driver left my car, didn't even bother to contact me (even though he was made aware by Triple A that I was waiting up for him to arrive) and put my car keys inside of someone else's mailbox.
