The hotel was filthy, with caked-in grime in a bunch of places where flooring and bathroom fixtures were badly installed. I felt like I was staying in the hotel version of a catastrophic "home flip." The hotel also required me to pay for the dish set that is typically complementary at Extended Stay hotels, so I couldn't cook any of the food I'd brought without paying half the cost of the room again for pans. The desk staff was particularly dense. I witnessed one of them hand a towel to another guest and say, "They're pretty clean, even if housekeeping left some stains."

I was looking for that knob that you turn to the time you want the jets to run. I didn't see the knob so the first time I used it I set there in the passive bubbles. The hot water was great though after a day of travel (2 flights/2 hour drive). The clerk described it for me and I felt so old (will add photo). I did however have a James Brown Celebrity Hot Tub Party (youngsters google it, you're welcome) each four nights of my stay.
