I tried to surprise my niece with the flaming hot Cheetos pizza .. Listen to the bad reviews people, and order from one of the big pizza guys! The pizza is one of the worst pizzas I've ever had, I would've been happier with a microwave pizza instead! Dont let the unassuming store front fool you, the pizza here is pretty darn good. And I'm saying this living in a city where there is literally a pizza place 1 mile in each direction of my home. Winzza was very busy and their estimated time was a 45min period for delivery. Felipe was very courteous and it was a surprise when he himself delivered my food which was warm and delicious. He also made it into a 30min wait period. Would definitely recommend anyone coming here! read more

Just got a mailer and decided to try this place out since they have vegan options! They delivered pretty fast and the delivery man was very nice. I actually had low expectations for no reason but the vegan wings were good. Warning; "hot original" means really hot. And the pizza was good. Ordered on grubhub. 25mins late, I FOUND 2 microscopic pieces of sausage on a supreme pizza. That was just warm, which is ridiculous Considering I live less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant. We ordered delivery from DoorDash. Winzza sent us burned and over cooked food!! I didn't even know what it was it was unrecognizable not to mention inedible. We ordered the fried pickles, fries, maple bacon boneless wings, and pizza. The fried pickles were burned and the fries were beyond crispy over cooked. The maple bacon wings had no bacon or bacon flavor and were mostly breading. The pizza was ok but not worth it. The chain pizza restaurants are way better. I just couldn't believe Winzza would sell something so burned and over cooked. It was our first time ordering from Winzza and definitely the last. DoorDash was awesome to refund us for the burned fried pickles and over cooked fries immediately. DoorDash's customer service was amazing. Highly recommend DoorDash!! read more

Ordered online My pizza had burnt topping and took about an hr and a half to arrive. They called me saying they were out of fried zucchini so i had them replace it with some onion rings which were 4 dollars cheaper menu price than the zucchini when my pizza arrived it was deformed and crushed as if it was tossed against something or dropped and noticed on my bill that they had not updated my order and charged me for the zucchini instead of the onion ring but whatever I wasn't gonna cry over 4 dollars. This is my ultimate favorite vegan/vegetarian place to go to. I'm vegetarian but my partner isn't. So it accommodates to our diets. The vegan steak and cheese flatbread is delicious. I placed an order for delivery. Trying new restaurants is hard because I'm Vegetarian and sometimes the food is not, even though I try to make sure it is. I placed my order and they called me about a substitution of the pasta. That solved, my order was delivered in record time, but when I opened the order, it was wrong. I called Winzza and spoke to Justin, the manager, who apologized and offered to replace my meal. He also said he was going to replace the meal of the person who got MY order. What I think they are lacking in is they have a long delivery time. It typically says 45 minutes to deliver a pizza but they typically go over the time. This pizza place is very inconsistent, and needs to learn how to make a decent pizza. I ordered two pan pizzas and was given what looked to be two different types of pizzas. One looked like a thin crust and the other hand tossed. Although I did see the imprint of the pan on the pizza crust. It was basically a tortilla pizza. I called to see if they can take it back and get a new pizza and/or refund. But they didn't do that. In order for me to get a refund I had to return the pizza myself with no compensation complementary pizza. After returning my pizzas...I had no refund yet and no food. The refund came 8 days later! They could have given me a complementary pizza for the east of my time and troubles. I did enjoy this establishment but this place is a hit or miss to much for me. They do make good pizzas at time but more times than not, the pizzas delivered look like they were made a couple hours before you ordered it. read more
