I have been ordering for the back 3 years from Winzza The only reason I have never posted pictures is because their food is so good I attack it and devour it before it hits the table but gotta take my time this time and post this for everyone to know their food is as fresh as it gets from their pizzas to eggboats and sandwiches all of them amazing specially their bone in wings they never disappoint great spot, food amazing, great location, they have other locations too in Arleta and north Hollywood by Burbank. 10/10

I decided to give this place another shot and glad I did. The pizza was definitely much better and cooked to the way I asked for. The wings were well flavored and crispy. I ordered over the phone and they made the food right on time. The people working there were nice and did not charge for extra ranch. Good spot definitely would check it out.

We heard about Winzza on Instagram and were excited to try it since it's nearby. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We visited on Valentine's Day night, and the place was extremely busy, with a lot of takeout orders. We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza along with 20 traditional wings--10 lemon pepper and 10 garlic parmesan. The wait time was about 40-45 minutes, which we understood given the busy night. However, when we finally got our food, the pizza was cold and lacked both flavor and toppings. We are pretty sure the pizza was done too soon and the wings took too long so by the time all the food was ready, the pizza was cold and unappetizing. As for the wings, they were small, and the garlic parmesan was our least favorite. There was largely no parmesan flavor and the garlic was both overpowering and bitter. The lemon pepper had a good flavor, but it wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn't return and would opt for other places for wings and pizza instead.

For the price I feel like this place offers a good value. The ingredients were more fresh than what you'd find at a chain pizza place. We got 2 pizzas, fried zucchini, Greek salad and wings. Overall we enjoyed them all. Zucchini- the flavor and texture were good, but the breading kept falling off so that was a little annoying. Bbq wings - these were cooked and sauced well Pan pizza - I appreciated thicker crust, but it still got soggy which was unfortunate. Regular crust - this pizza crust got totally soggy and limp Greek salad - this is made with a spring mix. we got the lemon dressing and it had a bright and fresh herbaceous taste. I believe it's house made. Check the website before ordering as they have plenty of deals there. Parking can be challenging in the small lot. But you can park in the Vons lot behind the the store then walk up the stairs.

This review is almost entirely based on my kiddo love for the pizza here. There are not many pizza spots that have 30+ toppings to choose from. There is an online special for a 2 topping pizza for $10. The restaurant is clean, the staff are cool and for the price, can't beat it. The parking lot is small and can get crowded at times. The restaurant is small with only 2 tables for dine in eating. The service is usually quick.

Our go to local spot for pizza! We always get their carry out special which is $10.99 for a large 4 topping pizza can't beat that! Dough is delicious and tastes like it's freshly baked!

I like the simplicity of their design.

I heard about this place from IG and the guy kept saying it's fire. I called in the order on my way home and the woman I spoke to was friendly and she knew the menu/prices/deals. I arrived and the pizza was ready and the gentleman rang me up. Between her and him they both had great customer service and both of them made eye contact and spoke with an easy conversation about the size of their pizzas. Before I left the woman told me about a survey online. I hope my Yelp review helps you when you decide to eat your pizza here. I don't need a coupon code for your survey because this place is extremely affordable. My pizza wasn't greasy. Medium: Hawaiian $17.55 29th of April 2025 4.5/5

The pizza skulls were delicious. The Carne Asada fries were a good portion size and tasty.

This is what they charged me for and delivered as Detroit style.
    George C.

Ordered 12x32 Detroit style pizza and they delivered me two medium thin crust pizzas in the shape of rectangles. Look nothing like the pictures in their website or uber eats and not nearly enough food to justify the price. Also ordered 8 sides of ranch and got zero. Never ordering here again.

This is the nastiest fucking place I've ever fucking eat at the employees are unprofessional, you can tell the ingredients are cheap I don't even understand how they're so open. Please don't waste your money here. I wouldn't even feed this to my dogs

Chicken breast is the main ingredient

Do they have whole wheat pizza? I don't see it in their menu but someone had mentioned they have it

Cocktails are slightly limited as it is not a full bar, but they do have options. The frozen Spritz was very flavorful, more fruit forward and would be perfect in a hot day. The Nonna's Medicine had a nice complexity to it with the flavors peeking their heads out at different times through the process. For food we started with the crudo, mussels and grilled oysters. The crudo was very fresh and had a lot going on with it's simplicity. Just a great bite. The mussels were decent but really didn't stand out in any way. The grilled oysters, however, had flavor and texture, with a Parmesan crust on top and the oyster and juice underneath. Very good! For pizza, they are almost like little personal focaccia pizzas, cut into four slices. We tried the mushroom, pepperoni and white pizzas. The mushroom has a garlic cream sauce and herb mix with Parmesan. You definitely get the mushrooms, as they are ample, but they do not over power the pizza. Just a good blend of flavors in each bite. The white comes with Japanese potato, fennel, mozzarella and pesto. Another really great bite with the potatoes not overpowering everything else. Finally, the pepperoni with spicy honey. The spicy honey is more like spicy marinara honey sauce, but it works. Could have used more of that as it came on the side. The pizza itself, with mozzarella and pecorino tasted great. Maybe that focaccia is the move? Overall, De La Nonna did not disappoint. Everything was very nice, and sitting on the patio when the weather is perfect is always a move. I would say to skip the mussels but, everything else, give it a try!

Initially we were going to…read moretry De La Nonna, but they were closed for a special event and we didn't know when we showed up. In the same vein, we stuck with a similar style of food and ended up at Propaganda. There was little to no wait, which was pleasant. It was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. The focaccia bread and salad came out first, and both were good. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, though my only qualms were that the bread was quite oily and the butter and salt were just a tad bit too salty for my liking. The Insalata Mista salad was solid. Good flavor, good dressing-to-salad ratio, and a surprisingly good portion size. As far as pizza goes, the Margherita was good. Tasty, moist, and a nice crunch on the crust. I found it to be enjoyable, though I may have enjoyed more fresh basil on this. I did find it better than the Boscaiola. I got the black truffle honey add on, and it does not go well on this pizza in my opinion. There was virtually no taste of truffle to me, and more of just an aftertaste of oily sweet honey. This was a miss. It's hard to say whether the base pizza was good without it because the flavor profile was just too overpowered by the aftertaste. The Arts District is definitely coming up with new upscale dining establishments, and I'm there for it. I think this is a solid addition. Though this is a wine bar, I don't generally drink, so my review is based purely on the food. Results of their drinks, which is quite an extensive list, may be to your liking! They do have an inexpensive three wine flight, for reference!

I've had this same pizza at several other spots in LA, but Prime Pizza really executed it well here. So well balanced in textures and flavors, and the crust was both nicely crispy on the edges and fluffy in the center! - Spicy Pep: Solid pizza, and we LOVE when pizza places use cuppy pepperoni. Nice name, but when I see menus of any cuisine that go out of their way to offer vegan and gluten free versions of everything, it tends to put me off. I know that's an unfair prejudice, but I always assume it's more of a healthy food place for people who complain about regular food than a real tasty joint. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. Now that I've tried their fantastic pizza, my only sadness is that they are located in DTLA, where finding parking even to run in and pick up things to go is always difficult. So, we were here at first not for the food but because my teen son's death metal band, Institutionalized, was playing a show with the very popular super cool local metal band Diabology. But, hey, if you're there might as well grab something before you leave, right? So We got a cheese pie, which was excellent. Also tried a slice of their white pie, which was garlicky goodness. What really sold us, though, was the Sicilian pie we got. As born and bred New Yorker transplants who have been here a long time, we have never found a fantastic Sicilian. Good, sure, but never great. The pies are never thick enough as far as the breading. Here it was as close as we've ever got. And like the other pizza, the taste was excellent. And, as native New Yorkers, we know our pizza! Strongly recommended! Can't wait to get another Sicilian pie in the near future with some toppings.

The customer service was amazing and the cashier who helped me, Melissa, was so apologetic and sweet (obviously wasn't her fault), but this is just another warning to anyone who is vegan and considers coming here. I also came when they were about to close and already had to wait like 15min longer than they said so there's not even anything else open this late for me to find other food. Very disappointing and I will not be coming back for good this time. If I could give separate stars for customer service, I would give them 5 stars but this was unacceptable on the cook's part.
