If you click on the one star reviews you'll see that all complaints show a common theme. Agreeing to book you in on a certain day and time yet not showing up or even communicating. Well, this happened to me once and I gave him the benefit of the doubt (since he said he was in hospital) doubtful from reading other reviewers' complaints). The second time I was vigilant about texting him the night before, as he had asked me to and he agreed on 10am the following day. When the following da came around he simply didn't show up. AGAIN. I own a business and like I text him, if I did this just once to my customers, I would be offering a free service as an apology. I had no response, no apologies, nothing. Just another wasted morning. If the owner responds, like he does with the other reviews, to say he doesn't know me as a customer I'll upload my correspondence with him. If I am dissatisfied with a business I wont write a bad review in general and this is my first. I don't like to write bad reviews but the way he did this TWICE is a really disgusting way to treat a customer. read more

Sent an email for a quote at 4pm on a Sunday. Got an answer right away. Thought he wouldn't be able to come out until the next day when the supply shop opened but he found the breaker he needed at Home Depot and showed up at the house to do it. Less than 3 hours after the initial email power is back on issue is resolved. Couldn't be happier. Didn't even charge extra for a Sunday call!!! These guys are the best! They came out on the same day that I called them. I was mounting a TV on a wall and hit a wire. My breaker switch kept shutting off and I couldn't figure out why. To top it off, my breaker box starting sparking! Long story short, they figured out the problem, fixed it and on top of that I just ended up hiring them to do some more electrical work around the house. They mounted my TVs and put the outlets behind my TVs so that no wires show. They definitely had the best prices out of all the other electricians I called. They were polite, fast and professional. What a Stellar company! I had the pleasure of using Wired Up to take care of a serious wiring problem in my upstairs hall box. It is a complex box that controls and / or powers many of my upstairs lights.
