I dropped my iPad off and within 2 days it was fixed - when I got home there was some type of green line down my screen and I called them and told them of the green line, they stated they would need to replace something else as well and they did not charge me for it!! They were so nice and helpful and offered to replace it for me because when I brought it in, the green line was not there. It took about 5 days for them to order the needed part and fix it.
