I came here on a Friday morning. The line took about 10 minutes. You have to order your food first and then find a table. I can imagine on the weekends the line may be up to 30 minutes long. I ordered a biscuit sandwich with fried chicken and eggs. All the flavors were perfect. It's your classic breakfast sandwich made perfectly. For my drink, I got the hibiscus tea and added their complementary simple syrup, fantastic. Looking at other people's meals, I could tell everything they're probably tasted amazing. I came by myself and sat at the counter. Probably made it a lot easier to find the seat. The waitresses behind the counter were super attentive and will still serve you another drink and water if need be. You could even order an additional dish without standing online again. The biscuit was thick, fluffy, and buttery. The specially sourced cheddar cheese was subtly sharp. The mushroom and oat patty was vegetarian, but looked and tasted like meat. The seating is so nice and reminds me of Georgetown, DC with seating outside. The food is soooo SOO good! I got the fried chicken biscuit and it was so fresh and so clean. This has been on my list for a while. I went solo in a Saturday morning. Not the best move as they are so busy on the weekend and we had to wait outside. But because I was solo I got seated fairly quickly at the countertop. Everyone there was friendly and attentive. Plus I got to meet two new people who were also diners. I had the biscuits and gravy. Some lines are never worth the wait but this place is for sure. They have a variety of tables and a counter area for seating. It was a crispy buttermilk fried farm thigh with some local farm honey, was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've encountered. Came in for a breakfast and at first I was scared because there is a sign outside about how seating works but it was fine and everyone is efficient and respectful which probably helps the business turn tables at a reasonable rate but I can envision a time when this place is super busy. The staff was very welcoming helping us choose from the menu without making us feel rushed. Husband and I got the 2 egg plate which is perfectly sized. I got bacon and potatoes and he got sausage and grits. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The biscuit was the perfect texture and generously sized. A good breakfast can only be accompanied by a solid piping hot cup of coffee and sadly this is where the meal fell short. Our coffee was lukewarm and not strong at all.
