Once I walked in, the owner was immediately chatting it up with me, as if we're best buds from back in the day. He walked me over to a "barber" who had just come in and was getting himself set up. After hearing the owner speak to the other barber, who already had a client, I knew I was with a different barber than the one I had initially chosen online. Once we started with the service, I already knew I was in for a short and rough shave. The hot towels were great, but that's the only positive. The lather was minimal, the shave was with short, choppy, and dry. I was hoping it would be over quick, but then he pulled out the electric trimmers.... And started cleaning up the lowest part of my neck.... And slicing my neck.... And irritating my neck.... I have never felt stinging like that EVER for a straight razor shave. Unfortunately, the next few days, I had "hesitation marks" on my neck as if I had tried taking my own life without following through. FML!
