We started with the Crab Puffs, made with empanada dough, crab rangoon filling, and a jalapeño-green onion emulsion. They were creative, flavorful, and a great way to begin the meal. For our entrée, we shared the daily fish special, halibut served with farm-fresh potatoes and carrots. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the fresh ingredients really showcased the farm-to-table concept. The dish was simple, fresh, and delicious. To finish the meal, we shared the Crème Brûlée for dessert. It was outstanding, with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust and a rich, creamy custard that provided the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. Despite the restaurant being packed, we were seated immediately and received excellent service throughout the evening. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. The broccoli and zucchini that were served with the duck were underwhelming (zero seasoning) but the mashed potatoes were delicious. My Dad ordered the filet/shrimp special and really enjoyed it. Everyone loved their meals. Chicken parm with vodka sauce, Haddock Francais, Roman Caesar salad, Veal Sorrentino, and a couple of pasta dishes. One with gluten free pasta that was really enjoyed. We also ordered the house Tuscan - Montepulciano, the house white, and some cocktails that were all very good.
