Going on three years now and we have not had a single issue. Our installation was complex - 23 panels spread across garage and two-story house both with a clay tile roof. Andrew and his team worked with the inspectors, did a very clean installation, fixed all tiles, ensured SCE and city signed off on everything (including having to add a subpanel per the inspector). My panels haven't worked for over 2 months. Contacted Andrew and was told he would get someone here ASAP. That was over a week ago and nobody has come here to take a look. The install and connection was professionally done and very quick! I honestly think these guys are good at installing solar for you! They helped me out every step of the way. However, beware....if you have SCE as your utility company, they recently switch over their system (in April) and now all Solar customers are backed up. Meaning, you will continue to pay for electricity until you are processed. I have not been processed yet and its been 3 months. May take another 3 months. So, it may benefit you to get solar now to get the 30% tax credit or wait until SCE gets their act together. Other than that, this is a great company to do your solar. read more

I highly recommend these guys. They installed a 20 panel system on my roof with REC panels and enphase inverters. The system is working great! They took on a complex project that some other companies avoided. To upgrade my panel for the project, I had to dig a ditch through my front yard to run a new conduit and wire. This involved lots of different permits and waiting on a very slow LADWP team to eventually come and hook up the wire. They took it all in stride and even though my project stretched on for months waiting for LADWP, they were responsive and tried all they could to speed things along. They went above and beyond to find subcontractors to do the electrical work and the trench digging for me. They did it all at a VERY competitive price and I am very satisfied with the final product. They even threw in some extras to make up for all the time delays (which were LADWP's fault, not theirs). Can't recommend Andrew, Mike, Christina and their team enough. read more

I shopped the market for years while trying to make a decision on how to add solar to my house. After getting the run around from a few of the more popular companies, I was seriously confused and was about to forget the whole thing. I was introduced to Wise Solar as the "solar guru", and that was an accurate statement. The sales team led me through the process by providing me with a calendar and what to expect at each stage. It was ridiculously easy... I wish I had landed on Wise Solar to start with, it would have saved me a lot time and hassel. The coolest part was when the site auditor flew a drone around the property and showed me a 3D image of my house! When looking for a Solar company we came across a company called Wise Solar and gave them a call. Andrew (the owner) answered the phone and responded with an appointment within a 24 hour period. When Andrew arrived the next day he surveyed the home and then flew a drone over the home for mapping purposes. Within a few days Wise Solar provide us with an initial quote for a 21.6 kw solar system with approximately 60+ solar panels. We had 3 Solar companies provide bids for this job with price differences of up to $30,000 for the highest bid. The other 2 bids were relatively close in cost eliminating the high bidder. The Solar industry has a wide range of pricing components based on your individual needs. As with any installation of this type brand of Solar panels and complexity of installation have an influence on price. Working with the final 2 bids and their respective companies in the end Wise solar proved the more aggressive, open, and price competitive based on final selection of system size and panel manufacturer. Wise Solar installed the system once the rains let up in a very timely manner and made sure that all connections between grids were hidden whenever possible or painted to match the roof color. Alignment of panels was very good and cleanup was as expected. Follow up was spot on with minor adjustments within the same week. Connection to Enphase for monitoring was within a day or two. All paper work was also provided for tax credits and warranty on system. One further note. The crew installing the system were very helpful and cooperative on any request during the installation process. They even did some pre-wiring prior to the start of the job so conduit could be hidden within the attic area of the home. This was not considered an average size job and they performed as promised. I've been looking at sustainable energy alternatives for a while and considered solar.
