I just had Kameron, the owner's son, come to my house, remove my old corroded, Window Screens and brought back my brand new ones and installed them! It was great service and so reasonably priced. I highly highly highly recommend you check Ace Hardware in Port Hueneme for replacement Window Screens. It was an excellent experience. I'll be going there for all of my Hardware needs in the future. (I didn't want to remove and install myself, so paid a small service charge for this personal service)

All I got was stonewalling. The business insists its an installation issue, but the sink CAME INSTALLED; that is, it was mounted unevenly to the countertop causing a gap on the righ side where the underlip was 1/8th inch. To fix, I had to pay my installer to UNINSTALL the sink from the countertop, clean the surfaces and reinstall the sink centered in the countertop cutout. This is a workmanship issue which is explicitly covered by a warranty that was not honored. Proceed with Cabinets to Go at your own risk!

But I really want to give a positive shout out to a recent experience I had with WDC last month. I live at the beach, and my Miele dishwasher that's about 5 years old hasn't had any issues whatsoever, except, from being at the beach, and a second home (not used everyday) over time a couple of the racks have deterriorated with some rusting issues. I ordered two new racks online from Miele before Christmas- they were pretty pricy. But they arrived in what I would call 'funky' condition, there were a couple of loose pieces that both myself, and my super handy husband could NOT figure out. I was sure Miele had sent us defective racks... but before I called them, I decided to take them into WDC hoping that someone there would tell me what was going on. I showed up at WDC on a slow weekday afternoon, because I knew this might take some time, and both Martez Houffen (Sales/Order Fulfillment) and Robert MacDowell (Store Manager/Sales) were a little perplexed with the racks well. At first. But, with EXCELLENT customer service, they took the time to see that the racks were assembled perfectly. Problem solved. WDC is my go to for all of my applicance needs! They were rude to say the least- that's when they bothered to call me back!! As regards the stove, they delivered one that was slightly damaged and offered to replace the damaged part. The replacement was warped and the grates were chipping!! So I had to wait yet again for another replacement!!! WDC is by far the worst store I have ever dealt with and will never be returning there again. They are completely unprofessional and useless once they have made a sale. By the way, a note for the person who writes the apology notes- don't bother, I'm not at all interested.

For the first month the couches did great. The following month the power controls on the side of…read morethe couch stopped working. Seats already feel like they have less cushion than before. One seat kinda looks like a flat pancake compared to the others. We bought them thinking Lazboy was the best but soon realized all your buying is the name. Same junk as all other couch brands. And delivery with them is horrible I watched them lay the couch on its side on the concrete outside my doors scratching it. They sent out a replacement couch to fix the problem and ended up doing the same thing to the next couch but worse.
