I found this shop using google maps. I gave them a call to see if I could set up an appointment for tomorrow or even today (march 1, 2016) he said to get there by 3:00pm. I used my lunch hour to race there so I could hopefully have cold air. My vehicle was inspected and I was quoted a price. I told them to go for it!! This was way too easy!! In less than an hour including travel from walnut I have cold air!! Everything should be this easy. I would recommend this business to a friend......or even a foe!! read more

I came here on the recommendation of my son and a friend who works on his own car. I think this is a one or two man shop. My experience was excellent. I have a 2006 Ford Focus with 170k miles. He replaced my A/C compressor in the time and price quoted. It was done in half a day and I paid, honestly, about half what I expected to pay. It came with a 12 month guarantee also. I have waited about 6 months to do my review to see how my A/C is doing during this crazy hot summer. It is still going strong there have been no issues. I highly recommend this place they are an honest and friendly business. That is hard to find now days. read more

This should be zero stars here because the guy who owns the shop (Ron) is a horrible thief. Ladies do not trust this man to take care of your car because he knows most of us know nothing about the mechanics of our vehicles and he makes money by selling us something that is not what we asked for. I asked for an entirely new a/c system in my truck, the man quoted me a price and I took it in and had the work done, two months later I have no a/c, I go back and he refills it with freeon and gives me a pat answer about when they are new they sometimes do this if you are not using it all of the time (it was winter and cold so of course I am not running the a/c). Two months later no a/c again, he refills it again with freeon and gives me a cheesy little smile trying to be innocent and tells me he just does not know what's wrong with it but to bring it back again. Two months later I have no a/c again and while getting a oil change the mechanic shows me a leak on a valve for the a/c so once again I go back to With Pride and show the guy the leak and so they change out the valve after I prove to them that it is leaking. So I think that finally I have done it the a/c's fixed, yeah! Once again two months later I once again do not have a/c so I go back again and they refill it again and they do not know again and I am beginning to get the idea that the guy knows perfectly well what is wrong but he is just screwing me over because he can and I am thinking what a liar, but Ron tells me he really does care about my vehicle but it has a leak and he cant find it and I am wondering how a brand new system has a leak, what's up with that? the man will literally not look me in the eye when he talks to me, he looks down and away l know he is hiding his eyes. On the fifth time back I ask for my warrenty to be extended so I have until August of this year to get this guy to fix this or I am out of the price of a new system, we just went back again and once again he thinks he might be getting closer to finding the leak but no he does not know yet. So this is my experience we have been back seven times now and still I have a broken a/c in my vehicle. I want all potential customer's to pass this guy bye because I do not want you to spend a lot of money with this guy and get a broken piece of garbage like I did, these people are the worst liars and they have no compunction about taking advantage of people who do not know that the work is shoddy and they are not getting what they paid for until too late, horrible experience and a horrible lazy creep of a guy, run away! I also want to add this which is I went back and they changed out the compressor and the same think happened all over again and while they had my truck in their shop for three days they broke my drivers side mirror and replaced it with a cheap after market part and I am now stuck with this because my husband did not want to make a fuss. I have no a/c in my truck now and no money at this time to buy this again so I am suffering through summer and when I think of this guy Ron and his With Pride shop I wonder what he has to be proud of, ripping women off. Once again I say do not go to this horrible man for service unless you just want to get nailed, women beware. read more

My 2003 Expedition Aircondition quit day before yesterday. Sent to teo garages and was told cost around $1,200 - $1,500 to replace the compressor. One said the compressor was out. One said the clutch on compressor out of order which is built in with compressor therefore it needs replace the compressor. I made search online and find this With Pride has only the best feedback and want get it try. I drove 30 miles there yesterday afternoon. Ron saw me came in and told me that he is too bust to take care of me. He suggested me cmoe back today morning. I went there around 10 AM this morning. He immediately checked my AC and said that the Pressure Valve is out. That happened in 2 minutes after he hooked up all pressure gauges. He also told me the AC is working now after he hit the valve once with wrench. But it may gave away any time. Her suggested to repalce it for $75 including labor. He asked me go back in two hours for the new valve. I went back around 12 noon. Took him 2 minutes to replace the valve and test the AC and confirmed the AC is in good condition. What a straight forward and honest AC expert. Don't waste your time, don't BS you, don't ripe off you. Don't go around you. It is very hard to find such good person in today's world. I will refer all my friends and co-worker for any AC or Heater repair job. Ron deserve A ++++++++++++ rate. read more

I am a picky consumer, research the business and expect honesty, fairness and good work. Found all three.....Eddy was friendly and took time to show me the what and how and the owner Ron said come back if there are any problems.....no strings attached, just a sincere we want you to be satisfied.
