Have gotten my nails done twice here and loved the experience! First thing to note, the place is very cleanly and sanitary while still maintaining a cute and friendly aesthetic. I have unfortunately been to many other salon where it was evident that they were using dirty tools, and reusing single use items. The quality here at Ella nail lounge is immediately noticeable! I booked a nail appointment with Ale and it exceeded my expectation! She has a skillful eye and process for nail art. I came in with minor ideas for a set, and she made something even better than I could've imagined. I had a nail chip, and she just had me come back in to fix it free of charge (but I tipped her of course!) At first I thought the nail tech was having a bad day, so I was giving her some grace, but when I heard her laughing and chatting it up with her colleague, I knew it was a choice to not be friendly with me. The women who did my nails were very kind and concerned with my happiness, but I was shocked when they charged me that much money, especially for the quality of the polish. I would not go back here.
